It is a quick Uber/Lyft ride to downtown, Southtown, The Pearl, the San Antonio Zoo. Within twenty miles to Sea World and fourteen miles to Fiesta Texas. Close to major highways and so many more San Antonio attractions. This bottom unit is a great place for families to stay. There is a t.v./den for the kids while the adults can sit in their own space and visit.

Perfect place for our stay

This place was perfect for what we needed. We were in San Antonio for a wedding, and needed a place for 5 of us to come and decompress after each day. My son is in a short term rental less than a mile from here. The neighborhood is a older neighborhood that has a lot of redone homes and seems to be going through changes, street was safe and well lit. We parked in the driveway, my son would park in the street and leave his car all day. Check in was super easy, the owner left a bottle of wine in the refrigerator for us. Keys were on the kitchen counter waiting on us. Full disclosure, most homes in this area of SA, do not have central heat and air. They have window units and fans. This unit had multiple units and we were cold in the house and had to turn down the units. we were very comfortable. My daughter is a college student and had to do some school work and test while we were there, she was able to use the second living room as her own private study area. We had a small issue the first day, I sent the owner a message via VRBO (on a saturday), she responded within an hour and had it handled that afternoon. We would definitely stay here again!

Jennie your home is beautiful, clean, comfortable and a perfect fit for our family. It was very easy to get around to all the sites in San Antonio. We would definitely stay again.

Weekend Getaway

The communication with the owner was thorough and the check in/check out process was easy. Beautiful space and decor with good energy. Lovely neighborhood in a very nice part of town convenient to downtown

My mother in law owns this property and I help her manage the vacation rental. She has owned this property for over twenty years. We worked very hard on creating a peaceful and comfortable space. We are both native San Antonians. We both live close to this area.

Why they chose this property

My mother in law (Kathy) has been living in this area for over forty years. I have lived in this area for about twenty. We believe this is the best area to live in San Antonio. We are centrally located and close to downtown.

What makes this property unique

This property has a zen feeling to it. It is located in an established neighborhood and has peaceful setting. There is a backyard to sit and have your morning coffee or enjoy a beverage in the evening. We have styled it with nice linens and comfortable, stylish furnishings.
