Step inside this luxurious cabin and you will find spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with vaulted ceilings, wood beam accents, large windows and beautiful hardwood floors. Additional features of this upscale home include:

• Back patio features a built in BBQ, hot tub, and furniture outdoor firepit
• Chef’s dream kitchen boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a five-gas burner cook top, double oven and additional bar area with a wine cooler
• Ample seating for the whole family at the two dining room tables and kitchen bar
• Living room with comfortable seating, TV and floor to ceiling stone fireplace for the perfect blend of cozy and convenient
• Master suite featuring a king bed, TV, DVD player, attached lavish bathroom and direct patio access
•Additional downstairs king suite offers TV and attached bathroom
• Two bunk beds can be found in the third downstairs bedroom.
• Upstairs king suite comes with TV, attached bathroom and private patio
• Another bunk room can be found upstairs complete with a pyramid bunk bed, TV and attached bathroom

50th Anniversary Celebration

Excellent house and location for our family celebration. Caldera Springs and Sunriver provide a wide variety of amenities that cater to a great family vacation. For example, the recently opened Forest House and pool at Caldera Springs is first class and Crosswater golf is world class. 56184 Sable Rock Loop is a beautiful home but unfortunately it was not thoroughly cleaned for our visit. We also had issues with some of the kitchen appliances (oven and dishwasher) and were surprised to find only 3 stemmed wine glasses in what was billed as a premier home. These issues could be easily addressed with more rigorous cleaning standards, updated appliances and a complete inventory of kitchen items.

Exceeded expectations!

Our party of 12 had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The house was stocked unusually well with anything you would need from Cutco knives, instapot and even a vitamix. Very well outfitted with multiple pots and pans, serving dishes and all sorts of utensils. There was a plentiful supply of paper goods, dish soap, laundry soap, and other items so that we didn’t have to go buy any of this our entire week stay. We LOVED the Miele built in espresso and cappuccino maker! We used the fire pit and hot tub every night. This is a quality home with beautiful upgrades and was a delight in every way.

Beautiful house, great location, could be better stocked

Really beautiful and nice home, spacious, clean. Neat area of high end homes. A few appliances and electronics didn’t work well (microwave/ oven/ kitchen plugs)and the kitchen was really not adequately stocked for larger groups. (No larger size bowls and pots, ran out of dishwasher soaps and garbage bags, no cooking spray or tin foil). But these were minor inconveniences and overall the home was really lovely and worked very well for our two families.

Overall a good experience

Beautiful home and beautiful neighborhood! Has lots of great trails throughout. The home wasn’t the cleanest and had a lot of broken stuff. Also doesn’t have a lot of good quality pots and pans and knives. Good on silverware and dishes but other stuff was minimal.

Snowy paradise!!

The house and property were absolutely amazing!! The check in and check out procedures were extremely easy! Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. There was an amazing little surprise room with all kinds of toys and little table for my 3 year old! She played in there a lot!!! That was awesome! The only nitpicky complaint I could possibly have is that the fireplace stopped working, but John (I think that’s his name with the maintenance team) fixed it the next day. Also, the beds were a bit hard, but overall, extremely happy with it!
