Each bedroom has an in suite bathroom and comes ready with linens and towels. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed twin over full. Comfortable sofa and a great kitchen. The unit has two balconies that overlook the pool.

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo. Condo was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach and bars/restaurants. No need for a car. Super cute unit, AC was great and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the accommodations were very good and I recommend. A few small items need to be fixed, including replacing the toaster, fixing a small water leak in the refrigerator and fixing the kitchen sink that drains slowly.

Family vacation

This condo was great and super close to the beach. It is in a gated community and feels very safe. The property manager was really nice, and communicated well. I would highly recommend this place, and we might book again next year. We loved it.

Sadly didn’t have a good experience. Hopefully it will not happen to anyone else. We did have a cockroach on the pillow before bed time so just decided to leave the next morning. Also one shower wasn’t working and the main sofa smelled like pee.

Carmen, 10 days before your reservation, you sent me a message with a bunch of excuses saying you wanted to cancel. I told you to contact VRBO. In the end, you never confirmed your check-in. On the day of your check-in, you started complaining about the entrance door, and this and that. Because of all this, you put that cockroach there so you'd finally have an excuse to cancel your reservation. It's true about the shower; it needed maintenance. Due to the high season, it's difficult to find a plumber. Anyway, Carmen, in 8 years, we've never had any hygiene or cleanliness problems in my apartment. By the way, I did give you a full refund.

Great stay!

My fiancé stayed here for a week and loved it! The place was very clean and had everything we could need for our stay. The location is a little less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and a market. Since it was a little out of town, it was nice and quiet and had everything we wanted within walking distance! Ricardo and the property manager, William, were prompt and responsive. Highly recommend!

Very convenient location to beach and shopping with a very short walk Dow a no paved road. Owner communicated very quickly. The unit had a complete kitchen but could use a few new pans for frying. Enjoyable stay for sure. You are looking for a different entry though. Not sure why the picture is of another complex.

Awesome stay!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. It was clean and comfortable. My husband and I came with our adult daughter and there was plenty of space and privacy. It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit.The check-in process was the best! We arranged our transportation with Ricardo. Someone was there to meet us at the airport and take us to the condo. When we arrived, Justin was there to welcome us. He did a spectacular job of recommending restaurants and providing every need we had. He even brought extra beach chairs! We enjoyed a dip in the pool after dinner in the evening. It was a comfortable walking distance (even with my bad knee) to the beach and all the restaurants.

Walk to Beach Groceries Shops Restaurants visit Carlos by the truck food Court for your tours

Ricardo is a 5 star host he had some one meet us at the airport and deliver us to the condo they stopped by a grocery store and then helped us carry our groceries up and check in. He answered all texts and questions fast. Checked on us to see if we needed any thing (THANKYOU) The place is secure with a guard at night 2 pools one on each side of unit, Short walk to beach Tamarindo is a nice place people are friendly Beach is beautiful Condo is Exactly how pictured only good surprises. We spent 30+ days and could have spent more. We will be back Thankyou Ricardo KURT AND SHELLEY

Perfect location

We were so grateful to have found this property. It was a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and activities were easily accessible. Everything we needed was within a 15 minute walk! Our only issue was we were there to work remote and we had difficulty with the wifi at first (We had 2 laptops and 3 phones). Ricardo was very responsive in getting it fixed for us though. Would definitely recommend this location.

El lugar es muy bonito y espacioso. Cumple con todo lo que se anuncia, se nos entregó limpio, la ubicación es genial. El parqueo no es cerrado, es a orilla de calle pero tienen cámaras y guarda de seguridad. Pasamos un excelente fin de año.
