In a pretty little village in the Haut Doubs, Passonfontaine located 10 minutes from Valdahon, 35 minutes from Besançon, pontarlier and morteau and 45 minutes from Switzerland.
The house is located in the heart of the old village built of Comtoise houses including a historic monument.
It is surrounded by pine forest, ponds and peat bogs, an ideal setting for peaceful walks. The nearest ski slopes are 15 minutes away.
The house, entrance hall, large kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and large flue chimney.
A large living room with table for 6 people, sofa, TV, DVD. Wc, bathroom in old barn. 2 bedrooms, 1 with 140x200 bed, 1 with 2 120x190 beds.
1 large outdoor terrace facing south.
The whole on 22 ares of closed and raised terrzin.
