Es war sehr schön. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse was toll. Es ist zwar zwecks Straße sehr laut… aber man ist ja unterwegs. Kommunikation war super… Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre: fliegengitter für die Fenster.

Die Wohnung war ordentlich und vollständig. Großer Balkon! Allerdings: Im Zeitraum der Nutzung stellte sich heraus, dass das Hotel geschlossen war. Das wurde uns nicht gesagt. Ein Frühstück oder Abendessen war daher nicht möglich. Anschließend ist zu beachten, dass die Kurtaxe zusätzlich zur formellen Beschreibung des Gesamtangebots von Belvilla vor Ort separat zu entrichten ist.

Mooi en schoon appartement gelegen op 10 minuten rijden van Mittersill. Het genoemde restaurant zit in de zomer dicht, maar er zijn wel alternatieven in de omgeving.

Unser Aufenthalt Ende August war hervorragend. Sehr schönes Apartment, stets erreichbare und hilfsbereite Rezeption und durch die Tiefgarage super geeignet für Wanderausflüge mit dem Auto. Die Lage direkt am Lift ist natürlich auch super angenehm und für einen Winterurlaub sicher optimal.

We werden door Katja ontvangen, ze hadden dit appartement voor 4 dagen geboekt en we waren met ons vieren. Ondanks dat dit appartement wordt aangeprezen als zijnde een 6 persoon-appartement was het zeker niet ruim. Wel was alles netjes schoon en voor ons vieren was er voldoende zitplaatsen en bestek. De ligging van het complex is zeer goed en het uitzicht is natuurlijk genieten. We hebben er een fijne tijd gehad.

Mooi huis, perfecte locatie om te gaan skien. De lift is voor de deur, daarnaast is er een restaurant/terras voor de deur. Het terras zit aan de andere kant van het complex, dus er is geen last van eventueel geluid. Daarnaast is het terras 's avonds dicht. Het huis zelf is goed voor vier personen. Wij waren met vijf, waarvan twee kleine kinderen. Dat is wat veel voor de ruimte die er is.

Bij aankomst was de receptie gesloten, een telefoontje naar de beheerder was voldoende om uit de sleutelkast onze sleutel te ontvangen. De accomodatie en het appartement is prima. Alles wat je verwacht is aanwezig van parkeerplaats tot compleet ingerichte keuken. Wel moet vermeld worden dat het appartement aan de oostzijde ligt waardoor je alleen s'morgensvroeg zon op het balkon hebt. Daarbij is het handdoeken pakket verre van toereikend. Je kan het pakket laten wisselen alleen verwacht je bij een boeking van 2 weken iets meer dan 1 handdoek en 1 badlaken per persoon. Daarnaast is er maar één theedoek voor de hele periode en geen keukenhandoek. Onoverkomenlijk, zeker niet, maar een aandachtspuntje.

De aankomst begon wat rommelig maar na een telefoontje kwam al gauw een enthousiaste Susanne ons verwelkomen. Het appartement is prima voor elkaar maar ik zou er met niet meer dan vier personen in logeren. Er zijn ook maar vier bedden dus twee op de slaapbank. En ook maar vier eetstoelen, vier zitplaatsen bij de tv en vier tuinstoelen. Vanaf het balkon hadden wij vanaf de tweede verdieping prachtig uitzicht op het dal. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen.

Mal au dos

Une bien belle photo trompeuse, laisse penser que le lieu est vivant et implanté dans une station alors que le lieu très isolé et surtout proche d'un chantier de construction, merci au photographe...le plus gênant est le fait que le logement soit vendu pour 6 places et que dans cette configuration vous avez le droit à un canapé lit qui prend tout l'espace vie et oblige à une manipulation soir et matin mais surtout qui est de très mauvaise qualité avec un matelas digne d'une feuille de cigarette...bref un séjour avec un sommeil de mauvaise qualité, un mal de dos en cadeau.! Le tout avec un artisan qui vient réaliser des travaux de boiserie à 7h30 au pied de la location et vous avez un magnifique séjour...une prochaine location par votre intermédiaire est peu probable mais des commentaires sur votre site le seront sans doute...!

The accommodation was perfect. Berni as the contact person is very very friendly and helpfull, and we appreciate her hospitality. The apartment was clean, spacious, ideal for family holiday. We were a little bit afraid of Pass Thurn and the traffic, but even we had the windows on road site, we heard nothing. The view from windows and balcony was breath taking. Next year we want to go there again. )

Mooi en gerieflijk, maar vrij klein appartement. Wij hebben dit echter gehuurd in de zomer dus meestal enkel binnen om te eten en te slapen. Meestal op uitstap. Vlakbij de skilift, ook te gebruiken in de zomer voor mooie bergwandelingen. Nadeel is dat er geen aparte (lage) tafel is om te eten, enkel een verhoogde tafel rechtstreeks aan het keukengedeelte. Voor mensen met kleine kinderen misschien niet echt handig. Maar met mooi weer konden we buiten eten op het prachtige terras van waarop we een prachtig uitzicht hadden op de Hohe Tauern. Ook een beetje een nadeel is de nabije Pass Thurn Strasse waar natuurlijk veel verkeer op rijdt. Vooral de vrachtwagens maken bergop wel wat lawaai. Dus echt stil was het er nooit. Maar dus wel zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken.

Alles in dit complex was prima. De ontvangst was uiterst hartelijk. Appartement 16 is echter volstrekt omgeschikt om met 6 personen te bewonen. Er zijn van alle spullen maar 4 stuks beschikbaar m.u.v. het servies. Ook de oppervlakte is maximaal voor 4 personen toereikend. Verder is het een toplocatie.

Nach einem sehr freundlichen Empfang, ausführlicher Besichtigung des Hauses lief alles reibungslos. Komfort absolut so wie beworben. Sehr nettes Personal. Panoramabahn (Mittelstation) 10 m vom Haus. Abfahrt bis zum Haus. Brötchenservice super.
