For those who cannot wait to see the ocean, a direct pedestrian-only boardwalk for beach access is just 0.1 miles away, a short stroll to the beautiful white sand coastline of Crescent Beach. On arrival, venture up the exterior stairs to the front porch with a lovely porch swing and bistro set. Once inside, you are welcomed into the bright and spacious open floor plan with tasteful beach decor. Venture back downstairs to experience one of the most loved features of this home, the tropical backyard oasis, and you may not want to leave!

Make lasting memories while enjoying the private solar-heated pool, with the option to add on a heated spa upon request and payment of a daily use fee once you book your stay. Enjoy the spacious enclosed backyard and tropical garden setting, complete with hammocks, an extra-large shaded picnic table and a separate dining table with oversized comfortable seating, poolside lounge chairs, a lighted Tiki bar area with grill and outdoor sink, and a firepit with plenty of seating! You will appreciate the spacious, pool-level, screened lanai with smart TV and all-weather seating, giving you plenty of options for enjoying the days or evenings indoors and out. The open-concept layout of the main living level provides multiple options for the whole family to spread out, as well as bar and table seating options to enjoy those family meals. Bonuses are the inviting east-facing covered front porch for morning coffee and the west-facing balcony off the main bedroom for sunset, pool, and backyard views.

Whether you enjoy relaxing at the beach or lounging poolside, going boating, kayaking, or fishing, you have it all here at Almost Heaven. This home is in a prime location with easy access to the beach as well as just a few short blocks to the Intercoastal Waterway/Matanzas River for picturesque sunsets. If you prefer to drive as an alternative to the pedestrian boardwalk, there is also direct beach access with free public parking and restrooms less than 0.5 miles from the property. You will appreciate the short drive to multiple nearby dining options along A1A in the Crescent Beach area.

Just 20 minutes away, historic downtown St. Augustine offers local breweries, entertainment options, and a multitude of restaurants and shops. And you will want to make time to walk the pedestrian-friendly Bridge of Lions, schedule a tour of the historic Castillo de San Marcos coquina fort, the beautiful grounds and atrium of the famous Flagler College, as well as take in the amazing views from the St. Augustine Lighthouse.

Things to Know
There is free pool solar heat. The pool spa heat is $40/night (spa heat only). Guests must pay three (3) days before arrival.
No parties and no smoking.
The fireplace in the living area is decorative and not usable by guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
