Two bed 2 bath home with rooms on either end of the home.
The Bedrooms, family room and kitchen face to the golf course and pool.

Great Stay

This is a great spot on the golf course. The house is comfortable and the owner has added numerous upgrades since our previous stay. The owner checked in with us to make sure all was good and maintained communication with us. Returning next year.

Westbrook Village

The home was lovely, well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the pool and yard. Close to shopping and our friends home. Very understanding owners as we cut short our stay due to the circumstances of the world.

We live in Washington State just south of Tacoma in Steilacoom. While Kevin is retired I am still working on my business Tacoma Corporate Rental. I am renovating units and running the existing units. We need to get out in the winter so Arizona right! I kayak and hike, he golfs, in the dessert I may need to take up pickle ball.

Why they chose this property

Came to vist a newly found first cousin. That story has to wait for the wine. We loved Westbrook Village. We where just doing a bit of reaserch on houses for a future trip and found this beauty. we thought we wanted more square footage but with this layout why bother. Hope you enjoy it as we do.

What makes this property unique

Having water around us in Washington a pool was a must in Arizona. Construction started in April 2018 and hoping to be finished by July 1st. Pool and back yard landscaping complete. Pool Heater installed (See notes)
