New pool. West Brook Village a 40+ community has two highly rated courses, 2 Community pools, Wood shop, stain glass, sewing, billiards, pickle ball, yoga and much more. A $20 guest pass allows you access to all the community amenities. Greens fees not included.
Two bed 2 bath home with rooms on either end of the home.
The Bedrooms, family room and kitchen face to the golf course and pool.
Fully stocked kitchen, wifi and streaming tv has local news, golf and favorite channels. Enjoy evening on the screened in back porch.

Great Stay

This is a great spot on the golf course. The house is comfortable and the owner has added numerous upgrades since our previous stay. The owner checked in with us to make sure all was good and maintained communication with us. Returning next year.

Westbrook Village

The home was lovely, well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the pool and yard. Close to shopping and our friends home. Very understanding owners as we cut short our stay due to the circumstances of the world.
