Rental Not As Advertised
I never received check in information from the host. When we arrived, three of the four bedrooms were without ac. We were able to get one bedroom setup with ac the following day, but there was no ac to the rest of the house or the other two bedrooms for the remainder of the trip. Breakfast was NOT included, despite the ad saying it would be. The host was not on premises, despite what the ad said as well. When we attempted to reach out to the host to inquire about the breakfast and AC, the host did not respond or answer our questions. We attempted to reach them multiple times via the VRBO app.
Overall, the space is beautiful and was functional for the week, though one of our guests was without ac every night. Two of the rooms and the main living area were VERY hot, even at night, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The lack of communication from the host is truly unacceptable and I hope VRBO will work with them to get their ad updated. I would not recommend this space until the ad is adjusted, the ac is fixed, and the owners agree to maintain communication during the stay.
