Luxury villa with private swimming pool located in Kolymbari, Chania, in Western Crete. A Perfect place where a large family or group of friends can enjoy a wonderfull holidays.
Situated 23 km from Chania, 11km from Platanias and 6 km from nearest beach Kolymbari.
The villa is an ideal starting point for lovers of nature. The house is 150 sq.m in a plot of 1000 sq.m accomodated for 9 persons with a large garden with flowers , lemon trees, olive trees and grass .
On the groundfloor we have 1 living room with kitchen in one plan and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms one with jacuzzi and one with shower . In the second floor there is 1 livingroom with 1 sofabed and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom.
The house is surrouded with balconies and a large veranda with a beautiful view to the White Mountains .
Nearest taverns, restaurants, super market , pharmacies, and bank are between 3km Deliana village - 6km Kolympari.
Rotunda villa is authorised from EOT with Greek tourist license
Villa Rotunda have an appointed Villa Manager who will take care of your every need. Our Villa Manager is reachable at his phone day and night taking care of your requests and questions. Transportation as an option, in villa Rotunda we can arrange a car to collect you at Chania International Airport and we will bring you there upon departure. Also, we can help you to arrange car rentals. Cleaning Services , in villa Rotunda we will prepare your rented villa in a spotless manner with our professional and complimentary cleaning service. We will deliver your villa clean and ready and will bring it back in it's original state after your departure. If needed, we can optionally arrange daily cleaning services.

Very good place

There are of course pros and cons with a house situated a bit off (7-8 km from Kolimbari). The house is secluded, except for the other house on the property. Luckily we were not disturbed by any neighbours (I hope we did not disturb anyone). You don't see from one house to the other. Great view over the mountains. It was quiet at night. We had a great week. We spent 4 days at Falasarna beach. But you can reach many places within an hour from here, even the south coast. The owner is very nice. Check-in was fast and easy. We were texting a few times during the week. Fresh bread and groceries for breakfast at arrival - very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was cleaned one time during our stay, new bed linens and towels. I can easily recommend the house.

Merveilleux séjour

La propriété se trouve en hauteur dans les montagnes à une dizaine de minutes à peine d’un village où il y a tout le nécessaire (supermarché, pharmacie, banque, loisirs …). Les photos sont tout à fait conformes. La maison est grande et bien disposée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner etc. La piscine est grande profonde et bien entretenue. Georges est un excellent hôte, très respectueux de l’intimité et il est très aisé de discuter avec lui, vous conseille bien et d’une gentillesse absolue. Nous avons été accueillis avec quelques courses ce qui est toujours très utile lorsque l’on arrive de voyage. Il nous a également offert de son excellente huile d’olive qu’ils fabriquent en famille et que malheureusement ils ne vendent pas mais je peux comprendre. Je n’ai donc absolument rien à redire sur notre séjour et vous recommande cette maison à 100%. Merci Georges

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Die Anfahrt ist gut, die Straßen sind bis zum Schluss asphaltiert. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse. Es gibt so gut wie keine Nachbarn, das Haus nebenan kann man auch mieten. Perfekt für Großfamilien! Zudem war es sehr schön für die Kinder und sehr sauber. Es gibt im Außenbereich genug Schatten, um sich tagsüber draußen aufzuhalten. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgerichtet, sodass man morgens im Schatten frühstücken kann, ohne sich den Pelz zu verbrennen. Jedes Zimmer hat Zugang zum eigenen Balkon oder einer Terrasse. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der einen unkomplizierten und angenehmen Aufenthalt inmitten schöner Natur haben möchte. Wir kommen wieder!

Dans la nature avec superbe vue

Un accueil de qualité - avec même les courses faites pour notre petit déj du lendemain : beaucoup d'attention : huile d'olive, fromage typique... des explications précises et de précieux conseils sur les visites à faire dans les environs. Un maison très agréable - piscine très bien. Serviettes de bain changées dans la semaine - Le top Le seul point à améliorer serait la literie (moyennement confortable) . Je recommande cette maison - Nous pouvions prendre tous nos repas au bord de la piscine - à l'ombre sous la pergola - un super séjour avec nos 3 enfants -

Villa i bra skick med fin pool och utsikt över bergen

Villa i avskilt, lugnt läge med fin pool. Fin utemiljö och tillgång till grill. Något hårda sängar och dåligt vattentryck i duschen, men annars var allt toppen. Det tar ca 15 min att köra ner till närmsta samhälle. Gästvänlig ägare. Extra plus att en många basvaror i köket fanns på plats och till och med en rejäl frukost. Dessutom byttes sängkläder och handdukar en gång mitt i veckan.
