Property Features:

Location: Nestled in the Lighthouse Circle of Brigantine, our property provides easy access to both the beach and the bay. It's just steps away from all local attractions, including Atlantic City and the Borgata. You'll also find convenience stores like Wawa and CVS, as well as various restaurants within walking distance.

Parking: The large open front yard can accommodate up to 8 cars, ensuring hassle-free parking for your group.

Accommodation: This mansion boasts 6 bedrooms, three decks, and three family/living rooms. With ten flat-screen TVs, including 3 OLEDs, and ample seating and dining spaces, it comfortably sleeps up to 20 people (recommended for 14 adults). For larger groups, we can provide 2 queen-size air mattresses in the bedroom of your choice.

Entertainment: The fun doesn't stop indoors. Enjoy a family entertainment/game room equipped with an air hockey table, ping pong table, shuffleboard table, and a Pac-Man machine. You'll also find a sauna and a business center with a computer, printer, PlayStation, and Xbox with a double-curve screen display on this floor.

Outdoor Amenities: After a day at the beach, unwind in the hot water-enabled outdoor shower. The second level features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with an oversized Subzero refrigerator, a large granite island dining table seating 8, and a dining area for 18. The spacious living room includes deep seating leather power recliners, massage chairs, an 80-inch LG OLED smart TV with surround sound, and access to a massive deck with outdoor dining, patio seating, a built-in grill, and a hot tub or heated saltwater swim spa, depending on your preference.

Privacy: The third floor offers a quiet retreat with a coffee bar in the common area. It features a master king suite with a private deck, a junior suite with a queen size bed and couch, and a family-friendly suite that sleeps 2 adults and 5 children. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, catering to families, friends, and kids while ensuring privacy.

Guests will receive a unique access code for keyless entry during their rental period.
Linen service includes high thread count bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels, all laundered after your stay.
Brigantine offers a small-town atmosphere with all the perks of the Jersey Shore, including great seafood, cheesesteaks, pizza, bakeries, water ice, arcades, mini golf, and ice cream. It's just a short drive from Atlantic City and Ocean City's famous boardwalk.

Security Deposit:

A security deposit is in place to cover damages or violations of house rules. Excess cleaning and missing beach badges may result in deductions from the security deposit. For your security, there are cameras at entry and exit points.
