Warm contemporary house in the Chartreuse park, 15 km from Grenoble (25 min), 1100m above sea level.
Architect house with lots of wood, very bright from morning to evening, very quiet (dead end road) and with many facilities available.
Starting point for many hikes in the mountains (pedestrian, cross-country skiing, biathlon, trails, hiking, mountain biking, ...).
Chartreuse ski resorts 10 minutes (Sappey and Col de Porte), 15 minutes from St Pierre de Chartreuse.
Very nice view of the Vercors opposite. Large unfenced garden + forest, hut and small stream.

Fantastic, peaceful spot and lovely house

We spent a wonderful 6 nights at Natalie’s house with our 10yr old and 6yr old. The house is big and quirky and the garden is beautiful with amazing views down the valley and over the mountains. Lots of indoor and outdoor games, a little stream at the bottom of the garden and walks straight from the door. Great location for exploring, charmont som and gorge walks and Ecole de Porte do tailored river walks which are kids loved. Cafe des Alpes down the mountain is amazing for dinner. Worth knowing that if you stay in the attic bedroom the bathroom is down steep stairs in the night and there is no stand up shower but this was no problem for us. Natalie was quick at responding and messaged to check we’d arrived safely. We all loved our time and would definitely stay again.

Très beau chalet, bien situé pour rando

Chalet bien équipé (des personnes y vivent), poêle bien apprécié (mai pluvieux), Possibilité de rando depuis la maison, Très belle vue. Attention pour les technophiles: ni wifi, ni hi-fi (en panne)

Très bien

Maison très agréable et chaleureuse située dans un coin vert et calme avec superbe vue sur Chartreuse, Vercors et la vallée au loin. Departs de balades nombreux depuis la maison. Maison bien garnie en jeux, films et musique (il a plu une bonne partie du séjour : ce fut utile!) Grande pièce à vivre (salon et cuisine sans séparation). Communication très facile avec la propriétaire. Bons conseils sur marchés locaux (Sappey vendredi apres-midi) et commerce local. 3 bémols: les escaliers sont très escarpés entre 2eme et 3eme etage. Le son circule beaucoup d'un étage à l'autre (grasse matinee pas trop possible...). La pression de la douche est faible. Mais tout cela ainsi que l'absence de wifi ne nous a pas gênés pour un long weekend.

Bon rapport qualité prix sauf caution exorbitante

Les +: calme et vue du chalet Les -: la caution de 1000 euros n est justifiée par aucun élément de la location , de plus le remboursement s est effectué 12 jours après notre départ contrairement aux dix jours prévus au contrat. Peu de renseignements sur les alentours tels que marchés, commerces.. Pourtant nous en avons trouvés à Saint Pierre de chartreuse Escaliers extrêmement dangereux même pour les adultes. Cheminée mentionnée dans l annonce est en fait plutôt un poêle à bois Aucune connection internet et téléphone très aléatoire

Merci de vos remarques constructives. Toutes les informations touristiques sont disponibles à la maison, ainsi que des cartes précises des alentours. Le poêle cheminée est à votre disposition, c'est plus écologique qu'un foyer ouvert ou la chaleur s'évacue par le haut. Pour le moment là connexion est mauvaise
