Located in a secure residence in the heart of Saint François on the marina, overlooking a pretty tropical garden and the large new swimming pool, this air-conditioned and functional studio is completely renovated.
Quiet, without car and not overlooked nearby.
Sea at 100 meters.
It is planned for 3 PEOPLE.
Car not essential, ON FOOT: all shops, doctors, pharmacy, banks, market, beaches, water sports, diving, golf, casino, restaurants, bars, night market on Tuesday, forget the beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, casino, shopping center, doctor, banks, pharmacy, night craft market, all within walking distance!
The kitchen located on the terrace includes everything you need (fridge freezer, vitro hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, meat grill ...)
There is also available a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a fan, a parasol, a coffee table, a mosquito net, a safe. The studio has an electric shutter and a manual blind.
THE LAUNDRY (sheets and towels) IS PROVIDED. Possibility to rent beach towels. All cleaning products available.
