About this property

Charming studio with beautiful terrace in quiet area. Close to any convenience. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, students.
Composing of a double bed. A fitted kitchen, electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, kitchen utensil.
You will find a corner office with wifi, computer (Word, excel, Works etc ...) A TV with TNT channel.

Very functional studio by its cupboards and wardrobe.
Small eccentric studio in the suburbs of Paris (1 km) which is not excessive in its price and which is relatively half as expensive as a hotel. It has a terrace and a kitchen that hotels do not provide. Its affordable price will make you spend a wonderful stay in the serenity of an extremely quiet residential street.

I am two blocks from the apartment, so I can be available if needed at any time of the day. I know Paris well.
I ask my guests to respect the place, not to smoke in the apartment, you can smoke on the terrace. Sorry animals are not accepted.
