Good location with all we needed

Check in and out was easy. Our apartment was a 2-3 minute walk to metro, grocery, restaurants. Bakery was across the street. Host was very helpful with allowing us to check in early. Beds were comfortable and bedroom was large. Host helped us with getting cab for 4 a.m. pickup. Neighborhood was fairly quiet considering it is in the city.

nice home for the holidays!

check-in and check-out was easy and the landlord was very friendly! the apartment is very clean and you have everything you need. the area is perfect, all you need is nearby (bakery, supermarket, metro-station). we enjoyed the 5 days in paris a lot! greetings and all the best! :)

Nice location, easy access to subway (5 min) to get wherever you need to go in Paris. Our problem was a lack of internet (we were told the box got stolen a day before we arrived), for someone coming from the USA (without phone service in Europe) that is a big deal.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS AND 8 RATING THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! We did not even stay, we booked another room and got the hell out of there. Once we found the location which was nowhere near the Gard de Lyon station which it showed on VRBO, the street was littered with trash and old mattresses and we immediately didn’t feel safe. Once we figured out how to get into the building we accidentally went to the wrong door but the key we were provided opened it anyways. We only realized we were in the wrong unit because someone else’s stuff was already there. The same key opened our unit as well so we knew we were not secure since we assumed the other room could obviously open ours as well Upon entering the suite it looked like somewhere to turn tricks rather than a reasonable place to stay. My wife didn’t want to touch the bed or the towels, it was just unsettling to even be in there. There was a smell and you could hear people yelling through the building. When we were trying to leave the automatic lights in the common area hallway didn’t trigger leaving us in the dark. We tried to cancel and the owner just stonewalled us and never even replied, even though he replied multiple times prior to us arriving. The reviews are an obvious scam. It messed up our last night in Paris and we only booked it for a layover since we had to catch the train to Venice early the next day. Instead of a glass of wine on the patio we spent the night scrambling for another place to stay. SCAM!

Zweites Zuhause in Paris

Meine Tochter und ich haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt: das Stadtviertel ist super und sehr ruhig. Alles um die Ecke was man braucht. Das Apartement war sehr sauber und größer als gedacht. Auch dort war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten - haben jeden Abend gekocht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gab Aussenjalousien zur Verdunkelung. Unser Vermieter war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und über die FeWo App immer zu erreichen und antwortete direkt. Die Fotos in der Anzeige werden der Unterkunft nicht so richtig gerecht, es war wirklich eine sehr gute Unterkunft zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Wir kommen wieder!!!

L'appart ne correspond pas aux photos. Son équipement est tristement sommaire, vaisselle plus que limitée, pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, portes de douche bancales... Une petite lampe à côté du lit serait appréciable...Un tapis très sale...

AUCUN VOYAGEUR PRECEDENT NE RAPPORTE CE PROBLEME ! - Avant de noter la propreté de mon tapis , IL FAUT RESPECTER LA VOTRE , en mangeant sur la grande table , et NON SUR LA TABLE BASSE en laissant tout tomber SUR LE TAPIS !! - Bref ! c'est votre séjour qui est TRISTE ET NON L'EQUIPEMENT DE MON LOGEMENT . Die Ferienwohnung war wie erwartet sehr klein. Allerdings sah sie bei weitem nicht so adrett aus, wie auf dem Foto. Außerdem funktionierte manches nicht: die Stehlamoe hatte kein Leuchtmittel, das Einzelbett befand sich in einer fensterlosen Abstellkammer. Die Toilette war vom Wohnraum durch eine defekte, nicht schließende Falttür abgetrennt. Für 3 Personen gab es 2 Messer. WLAN war gut. Die Wohnung war sicher. n einem fensterlosen Abstellraum3A

très bien situé mais ne correspond pas aux photos

Surprenant : je n'ai pas eu l'appartement en photo dans l'annonce, mais un autre appartement. Celui-ci se situait au RDC du même lotissement d'immeuble, mais à une autre adresse (entrée dans une autre rue). C'est très étrange qu'il ne corresponde pas à l'annonce ni aux commentaires des autres voyageurs (c'est indiqué studio et 2eme étage dans un commentaire=> le mien était au RDC et c'était un F2 ). Il était simple mais correct. Il était composé d'un salon et d'une chambre, une mini cuisine à part, WC séparé et salle d'eau. . De meme il devait y avoir une boite à clef ( message reçu en ce sens), mais finalement il n'y en avait pas et la personne est venue m'ouvrir et me donner les clefs. le séjour c'est bien déroulé. Le quartier est très pratique

L'appartement est bien situé et sécurisé. Dommage les bruits douche et wc avec les voisins et surtout le lit clic-clac très peu confortable à deux (à remplacer je pense)...
