We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Please note that gym access is exclusive to hotel guests.

Great location, convenient

Our stay here was excellent. It was a great location with easy access to restaurants, the beach, the bus when we didn't want the hassle of parking the car. The valet parking was easy and efficient.

Pictures are out of date and condo needs a deep cleaning

The condo was ready for us to check in when we arrived which was nice. The first thing we noticed when we walked into the condo was that the beautiful Hawaiian quilt on the bed in the pictures had been replaced with a comforter that’s too small for the bed and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The pictures also show 4 chairs with the balcony table—there were only 3 chairs. The floors were not clean and the shower had mold in it. There’s a vent in the shower and it was also very dirty. We cleaned the floors and shower the day we arrived. We didn’t use the comforter because it was dirty. We notified the rental service that the condo needs a deep cleaning and the comforter on the bed should be replaced. The location of this unit is excellent.

Beautiful view. Bathroom was old, could be renovated and baseboards/floors were dirty Living room/kitchen room divider wasn’t secured to floor and I tripped. Advised and nothing was done.

We aren't aware of any wrong amount charged, nor was never made aware of any issues. When the issue with the room divider was reported to us, we do send our maintenance immediately to remedy the issue. I was there to visit family

My review would have been much higher except for the cleanliness of the bathroom, specifically the shower. It needs upgrading. Otherwise a great spot.

Ideal for us

The property is easy to find. We arrived after midnight, entrance was seamless. Found free parking by the canal for our rental car. The condo was great for 2 of us. Could use updating. But everything worked great. Kitchen is fully stocked. Loved the ice maker. King bed, pillows and sheets so comfy. Pools are great. Easy walk to beach and fab restaurants and high end shopping.
