This gorgeously renovated condo has been completely transformed with modern upgrades and thoughtful design. The open-concept kitchen boasts sleek finishes and high-end appliances, including a sharp microwave drawer. The spacious living area flows effortlessly into an enclosed lanai, offering additional space to unwind and enjoy the ambiance. Designed for comfort and convenience, this condo comes fully furnished with stylish décor, a washer/dryer, and 1 assigned parking stall. Whether you're here for a short getaway or an extended stay, this is your perfect home in paradise!

AMENITIES
Your stay includes cable TV and high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We are delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property consists of two 40-story towers, connected by an 11th-floor recreation deck. The deck features an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and sunbathing area. A BBQ area is available on the 5th floor. The building offers secured entry and 24/7 security for added safety and convenience.

Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.

Good location for a short stay but noisy

The apartment was dirty, dusty and moldy. It wasn't prepared for our arrival. We have to clean the place ourselves for the first few days because we are allergic to the dust and mold. We were both sick for majority of our stay. The kitchen pots and pans are old sticky and unusable. We end up having to by our own pan in order to fry some eggs. The toaster burn one side of the toast and the other side remain cold. The vacuum cleaner dirty the place more than clean that is how old it is and look like never been cleaned. The mob is unusable. We have a leak under the refrigerator starting the second week and no one show up to fix it until a week before we left, The dishwasher works but do not clean the dishes well. The bathroom was dirty and the toilets was backing up easily. The carpet have spots all over. We also have a smelly pillow from the last renter. We cannot believe that they will rent such a condition apartment. We certainly over paid for such a condition apartment. We have documented all these problems in pictures. Stay away !

We have been working with our housekeeping staff to ensure we are providing a clean condo for guest stays. We ask that if there are any issues that you encounter upon arrival that you let us know right away so we can address the problems. We respond to issues immediately to ensure that you can have an enjoyable vacation on Oahu. We do routinely clean the carpets, but sometimes stains are stubborn & won't come out with cleaning.
