Owners own 2 units in this complex and personally use another recently renovated unit on the top floor and purchased this unit as an investment. This unit is conveniently located steps from the elevator and on the same floor as the fitness room. The flooring in living room has been replaced with a luxury vinyl plank tile and this very comfortable and quiet. The bathrooms were recently retiled to also provide comfort and quietness. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you could want and more. We hope you enjoy.

Amazing views, very convenient location to Westin Gondola, Avon Recreation Center, Library, Shops & Restaurants, and not to mention Beaver Creek Ski Resort. This unit was recently ungraded all the flooring for quiet enjoyment. This property is fully furnished for your convenience.
