Emerald Bay 3 bedroom /3 bath condo (3 kings + twin bunks) w/ queen sofa sleeper
About Sandy Harms
We are Norm and Sandy Harms and we love the Branson area and have vacationed there for over 20 years. Before we purchased a condo we rented ourselves and sometimes the condos we rented were not as nice and clean as we hoped. In 2002 we stayed as a guest at this complex on Emerald Pointe and it was GREAT! At the time I asked my husband, 'how are we going to stay anywhere else after we stayed here at Emerald Pointe? It was in a gated community; nice, quiet, right on Tablerock Lake and only about 50 yards to the lake waters edge, the pool, an on site marina and boat slips, yet only minutes from all the attractions of Branson. We decided to inquire about condos for sale and bought our first condo which started our business: Branson Lakeside Condos. Thanks, Sandy

Why Sandy Harms chose Hollister
The location is perfect. We are a gated community right off of two of the alternate traffic relief routes (Hwy 165 & Hwy 265) so you can get anywhere in Branson quickly. It is a gated community located between the Tablerock Lake Dam and Highway 65 so we have easy access to all the attractions yet we are right on the shores of the clear water of Table Rock Lake. It is a quiet area to relax but all the attractions of Branson are only minutes away.
What makes this Condo unique
We are so close to the Lake, the water is only 50 yards in front of the condo building. We have an on site swimming pool, tennis courts, weight & exercise room, and a marina with a convenience store less than a half of a block away. The grocery store is only 5 minutes away at the Southtown mall. We have very little traffic on the land or the water. We are a gated community so the amenities offered are strictly for our guests and resident use only. Fabulous scenery to enjoy; you won't believe that all the attractions of Branson are just minutes away. A wonderful place to return to rest after a day of site seeing, shopping or boating. Thanks, Sandy!

Easy and comfortable
Thanks for your business and the great review. We hope to see you again in the future. Thanks, Sandy
Great Place by the water.
Is great for a large family. Three king beds and a set of bunk beds, plus a fold out sleeper. Great location away from the crowds and noise. The three bathrooms was even a bigger plus.
I'm glad you had a good time. A lot of families like this condo including ours with the grand kids. It's so nice to be a little ways from Branson with the beautiful scenery and lake, yet within 15 minutes of all the attractions, best of both worlds. I agree, you can never have too many bathrooms. We really liked the 3 bed/ 3 bath. I know so many other complexes we stayed at before we bought our condos were 3 bed/2 bath and that just didn't seem right to me. I'm glad we have the same amount of bedrooms and bathrooms in all of our condos. We look forward to seeing you again. Thanks, Sandy
We fully enjoyed our stay at this location. We would highly recommend tut to anyone and would use it again ourselves.
Good to hear you had a good time. We look forward to you returning in the future. Thanks, Sandy
Great Condo, Great Memories!
Our family had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the condo. Getting away and time with the family were such blessings! Thanks Sandy!
A great family trip is always a blessing! We are so happy that we could help with yours. Hope to see you again in the future. God Bless you and your family, Sandy
The location of the condo was very nice, but there really is not a view of the lake. It is obstructed by trees.
The condo could use some updates, and seems to be dark inside. Below are some of the issues we had:
1) Two of the four TVs did not work. We spent a lot of time on the phone with Sandy trying to get this issue resolved, but could not because of the holiday weekend.
2) The pool was not open. We arrived on Friday, and could not use the pool until late on Saturday evening. So for this being Memorial Day weekend, I really don't think this is acceptable.
3) We couldn't get most of the windows on the deck to lock open, so you couldn't really enjoy sitting out there because it was hot.
4) We had to wash all the towels before we left, which is the first time in all the times we have rented condos that we had to do this. We paid $85 dollars for a cleaning lady, and I feel like we were doing her job.
Sandy was very nice to work with, but she can only do so much from a distance.
We are located on a cozy cove at the Emerald Bay Yacht Club on Emerald Pointe. As you travel down the hill the view is absolutely stunning. The scenery on Emerald Pointe is fabulous especially at sunset when the sun reflexes off of the lake. You won't believe that all the attractions of Branson are just 10-15 minutes away. Some of our favorite places to visit are Silver Dollar City, Branson Landing, the Fish Hatchery, The Visitors Center by the Table Rock Lake Dam, Dixie Stampede, Grand Country Shows and the Six Show. You will be sure to find your favorite as there are literally hundreds of places to visit in the Branson area.
We also love to boat and fish. Emerald Pointe has an on site marina with boat rentals, fishing licenses, boat launch & convenience store within 75 yards of the condo. Each complex has their own pool plus Emerald Pointe has a clubhouse with a pool and an exercise room. You will run out of time way before you run out of fun things to do.
