Designer's Home - Walk to Slopes & Old Town - Hot Tub

- Less than a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts (or shorter free shuttle ride), and under 15 minutes on foot to historic Main Street (even quicker on the shuttle)

The space
Our swanky condo is located in the heart of it all for whatever Park City adventure you seek, but once you step inside you can unwind in a modern and comfortable home away from home. Our new kitchen contains all the amenities you will need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The island counter doubles as a high top dining table (in lieu of a standalone kitchen table). The kitchen opens up to the updated living room that has a gas fireplace, new pullout sofa bed, and recliner chairs for two. Sliding glass doors lead to an adjacent balcony with two chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed with a new mattress and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a pillow-top queen-sized bed and is across the hall from the second full bathroom. Additional building amenities include coin operated washers and dryers (quarters required). We hope our guests have a wonderful stay in our home.

COVID-19 Prevention Measures
We have engaged with our cleaning team to provide enhanced cleaning protocols between all stays. These include use of hospital-grade disinfectant; specific wipe-downs of high-touch surfaces including counter-tops, keypads, doorknobs, and light switches; and leaving a window in each of the bedrooms cracked open to allow for improved air circulation between guests. Our self check-in and check-out processes require no in-person interactions (but we're always happy to help out via phone, text, or email!). That said, nothing can fully prevent contagion and we highly encourage everyone to take all necessary precautions to keep themselves and people they interact with as safe as possible.

Amenity limitations — Parking is available first-come first-served for 2 vehicles (No Campers, RV's or Trailers. These can be parked on the street or PC lot across the street) Pool/hot tub is open year round, hours vary depending on season.

- Please do not move any furniture in the condo as it damages the floor and furniture.

Great apartment close to the ski lifts
Well stocked apartment with nice modern renovation. Short walk to the ski slopes and supermarket and right next to bus stop to Main Street.

Spring break week
Spent spring break week with my wife and two kids (11,13). This condo was a great home base for our park city visit. Across from base area, easy parking and nice amenities (outdoor pool and hot tub). Condo was recently renovated and very clean and modern, hip and comfy, with thoughtful touches that made it perfect for a ski vacation.

Hot tub was not hot
The location was fantastic and the decor was really great. But the hot tub was not hot and was very disappointing. Also, the heat in the unit was so strong that, even when turned off, we had to sleep with the windows open. It was great to be able to walk to the PC base though.

Convenient PC location for skiing.
This was an older property that has been tastefully updated. It had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and 2 like-new bathrooms. We did have to crack open windows to prevent the unit from getting too warm. But after a day of skiing we did appreciate the warm floors. It was a short walk to the Park City base lodge and there’s a bus stop right out front. Very convenient!

We are three friends who love to ski, hike, travel, and enjoy life. While we love our home base of San Francisco, we were all drawn to Park City by its wealth of adventure opportunities, awesome Old Town, and convenience to Salt Lake City and its airport.
The condo has gone through a complete transformation since we first purchased it April 2019. We wanted to create a place that is modern, cozy and welcoming after a fun day of adventure.
