Wonderful break from screens, beach and swimming instead. This really is a fantastic home in a brilliant spot for a family. We did have a couple of days of wind and rain, driving us indoors to bake and create, at the very thoroughly equipped kitchen and home of tasteful artistic owners.

Summer 2024

Great holiday in this charming town. Loved the relaxed feel and easy access to tennis courts, volleyball, beach and amenities, all within a few minutes walk. Area great for cycling. Lovely property, newly fitted out to high standard and grateful to have use of its bikes & barbecue. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

La mer à saint Martin du brehal

Nous avons passé 15 jours exceptionnellement bien logés dans cette villa décorée avec goût, moderne, propre et très bien équipée. Rien n'y manque, le bbq, le beau et grand parasol, les meubles de jardin de qualité et la mer à 3 min à pieds tout en restant dans un quartier très calme du petit centre-ville très animé le soir. Le marché du dimanche est à connaitre absolument ! et Vincent est très accueillant et disponible sur whatsApp à tout moment. Le bémol c'est la connexion wifi assez lente et il n'y a pas de TV, donc c'est déconnection assurée. Je recommande !

Break formidable en bord de mer

Séjour très agréable dans une maison bien équipée et agencée, à la décoration très soignée, dehors comme dedans. La plage à portée de pieds est très agréable et les commerces sont tout près également. Avec un meilleur temps nous aurions plus profité des vélos qui sont compris dans la location, ce qui est un vrai plus. Les avis élogieux des précédents locataires sont mérites. Seul petit bémol, le réseau téléphonique du coin est capricieux. Mais les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien.

Une antenne 4G est opérationnelle depuis cette semaine sur le secteur balnéaire de St Martin de Bréhal : le réseau téléphonique est donc de bien meilleure qualité dans la zone des 200m en front de mer dans laquelle nous sommes.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Ein sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ruhige Lage und in etwa 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, beim Bäcker, Lebensmittelhändler etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank .
