About this property

New house (completed in April 2018), with all the elements of comfort, and overlooking a private garden not overlooked, facing south.
Three bedrooms are available with modular beds offering multiple possibilities. A room with bed of 140, in the second a bunk bed of 140 and 90, the third equipped with bed 160 or twin (2 X 80).
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The sleeping area is organized around a large living room (35m²) very bright overlooking a large terrace.
This is an ideal holiday home located 200m from the beach st Jean and close to the center of the Epine animated by its shops.
The house is close to bike paths, to go around the island or to go to Noirmoutier on the island 4 km, two bikes are available to holidaymakers.
The house is tastefully decorated, it has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant holiday.
In the garden not overlooked you will spend pleasant moments enjoying the deckchairs in the shade of a century old apple tree.

Situation et maison d'exception

Après un accueil très agréable, nous découvrons que la petite maison est loin de l'être à l'intérieur : une pièce principale spacieuse en son milieu, une grande chambre et deux de taille moyenne sur la périphérie. Une grande baie vitrée garde la maison bien lumineuse. Rien ne manque en cuisine et le poil à granulés est très efficace. L'entrée par la buanderie est très pratique quand le temps s'est gâté. Tout se fait à pieds : plage et balades à 250 mètres, commerces à 500. De plus, 2 vélos sont gentiment laissés à disposition. Je pourrais la déconseiller afin de la garder facilement disponible aux dates les plus convoitées, mais ça ne serait pas correcte :) Nous reviendrons assurément.

Séjour très agréable !

Logement très bien agencé et aménagé. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très agréables. Juste à côté de la plage. Malgré les fortes chaleur et avec 2 enfants dont un bébé, il faisait bon dans la maison. Je recommande !

Gepflegtes Haus in zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage

Wir haben drei sehr entspannte Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist funktional, aber trotzdem behaglich eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse stehen zwei Sonnenschirme und ein Sonnensegel, außerdem drei Liegen zur Verfügung. An allen Fenstern und Türen sind Fensterläden angebracht, die tagsüber die Wärme draußen halten. Praktisch ist ein kleiner Haushaltsraum, in dem die Waschmaschine steht und das ganze Strandzeug aufbewahrt werden kann. Das Haus und das Zubehör ist sauber und gepflegt. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer achtgeben. Restaurants, ein Lebensmittelladen, Bäckereien, der samstägliche Markt und natürlich der schöne Strand sind rasch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für längere Wege können die beiden Räder genutzt werden. Am Haus führt ein kleinere Straße vorbei, die tagsüber frequentiert ist, was aber überhaupt nicht stört, nachts ist es total ruhig. Was wir nicht beachtet haben ist, dass die Endreinigung von den Mietern selbst übernommen werden muss. Wir hätten die Reinigung lieber bezahlt und den letzten Urlaubstag am Strand verbracht. Aber da für uns sonst alles gestimmt hat, wir uns superwohl gefühlt haben und auch Marie-Claire und Jean-Claude sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig sind, würden wir das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Très belle location

Location très agréable, spacieuse, fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée, La plage est à 2 pas, Tout est conforme à la description. Très bon séjour malgré la météo.
