Very bright, very quiet, recently renovated, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
The apartment has a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower.
In each room there is one or more windows and is equipped with adjustable air conditioning and heating.
The kitchen is well equipped, with induction burners, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
In the living area there is a large LED TV with digital terrestrial system included.

Trattoria alla Scala is a very near. The Galleria and Duomo areas are also close. This is a great location to experience the best of Milan.

The location is excellent--short walks to major locations, yet in a very quiet alley. We cook and were glad to have a good grocery store a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is quite basic, but no rug as depicted in the photo. No toaster--it's a panini grill. No cutting board. No bread knife. The iron was locked away and owner's mom retrieved. Needed help to find the hair dryer. We had to ask owner about how to check-in and he took more than 24 hrs to respond to our query about check-out.

We spent quite a lot of time working out where we wanted to base ourselves in Milan for the first few days of our northern Italy holiday. I don't think we could have chosen better. The location is a short walk to the Duomo, the number one attraction in Milan and for very good reasons, and about a 15-20 minute walk to da Vinci's Last Supper. Perfect. The Brera district is full of restaurants ranging from family friendly to higher end of town, it's up to you. If you want perfectly located accommodation, secure, more room than a typical hotel and want to feel more like a local living in the heart of Milan, then book this.

Clean, comfortable, centrally located condo

We enjoyed walking to all main Milan sites from this clean, modern apartment situated just a couple minutes walk from the Brera Gallery. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Spacious bathroom included shower with both rain head and hand held options with good temperature and pressure. Communication was responsive and clear. Highly recommend for a stay in Milan. Accessibility note: There are ~5 stairs to reach the building’s small elevator, ~5 stairs between elevator and apartment, and ~5 stairs after entry to apartment. No handrails.

Great location. Clean and tidy property. I met Francesco’s mother who showed me around the unit which was good. I mentioned that I will likely check out early, but then my plans changed. This caused confusion as cleaners were arranged at 8.30am on a Saturday based on an informal question on arrival?? I had texted and emailed the prior day that I was checking out at 10, but didn’t get passed onto cleaner. Overall though a great place and fantastic location!

We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights. Location was good - we could walk to everything we wanted to visit - The Last Supper, Galleria and Castello Sforzesco. Apartment was comfortable and owner was very responsive to messages sent via the Stayz app. The area felt very safe and would recommend.

Flat meet our needs! Not flashy but was well advertised & clean. Pros-'Central location', once u figure it out. Walking to Domo & Castle. Flat is in the middle of a sq block & quiet. Food, 100 ft to Oriental & very good, 350 ft to pizza around corner, again, just go. Cons- no microwave; recommend to host to get one. 15 euors from train station.Sep 15-19-25. Excellent location. Easy walk to many great locations, within 10-20 min. However apartment was essential only. The decor was minimal, no rugs at all, window covering a piece of fabric, sofa more like a futon (low and plain) no color at all. The bed sheets did not fit the bed and popped off at the corners. Kitchen had no microwave, dishes for 2, coffee pot and stove were not explained so took us some time to make them work (perhaps because we are from the US). In general not cozy in the slightest. The checkin lady made us stand in the entryway for 15-20 min while she used her phone, then went up stairs for a few min then came down all worried about what time will we leave on check out day! Once in the apartment she did tell us about AC, keys, elevator, how to flush toilet and a few other details.

Fabulous location and very comfortable!

We felt very much at home here. Bed was comfortable, nice quiet apartment. Great water pressure in the shower. The location was excellent and very close to the Pinoteca Brera and the fun shopping area. Also close to the Sforza castle. Recommend bringing shampoo along, as it’s the one thing not provided.

Excellent location and apartment

Brera is a fantastic central location walking distance from the centre of Milan and all attractions. We walked everywhere. The apartment is in a quiet location but close to all amenities. It has all facilities including kitchen facilities should you choose to eat at home. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Francesco is an excellent host.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We loved our 3 night stay in this apartment. We were met by Antonia who showed us around the apartment and gave us some very useful and welcome tips about good restaurants and where to buy food. There is also written information in the apartment which we really appreciated. The apartment is exceptionally well ‘hosted’ which we did not always find on this trip. The bed is comfortable as is the living area and for those who stay in the summer there are screens to stop mosquitoes and other insects entering the apartment. It is in a fantastic location in the Brera District and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are very few negatives but just a couple of small things from our point of view. The kitchen is very small and while it has a full stove it doesn’t have a microwave (which as a traveller I appreciate) or a toaster - you must use the oven which takes a lot longer to perform simple tasks. There is very little hanging space as this is being used as a storage cupboard. Again, travellers appreciate being able to hang up their clothes to get rid of creases. Also just be aware that while there is access to a washing machine it isn’t in the apartment and that isn’t obvious in the listing.

Good location, Poor Amenities

A very roomy apartment. Nice bath/toilet separation. Walking distance to Duomo and The Last Supper. There is mold in the shower and the coffee machine leaks water, but does “work”. Only 4 coffee pods supplied, two of which I used up trying to figure out how to use the machine. When I asked Antonia (who met us and showed us around), she told us there was a nearby grocery to buy more. NO bathroom/shower supplies except TP and hand soap at the sink. Very unique flushing of toilet! Francesco was nice to stop by when the TV wasn’t working. No streaming services, but one English language channel, which made us happy! Lumpy bed pillows, bed mattress comfortable. Americans need to know places to eat close at 3:00 and reopen at 7:00, the dinner hour beginning. So no senior early bird dinners! 😉 If you want to eat at the 4th best pizza place in the world (2024), you need a reservation.
