110-square-meter apartment on the 4th floor featuring a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea.<br><br>The kitchen and one of the two bedrooms also offer a view of the sea.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a range hood, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, all necessary utensils, and a summer-winter ceiling fan with a light fixture.<br>A pantry/laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen.<br><br>The loggia is decorated with plants and features lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sun with a direct view of the sea.<br>The guest bathroom is separate from the shower room.<br><br>The apartment is decorated with photos of Marseille—from the beach to the Calanques and the Old Port—that are sure to inspire you.<br><br>The two bedrooms are decorated differently: the “Sunset” bedroom features shades of greige, pink, and twilight. The “Sea” bedroom is decorated in shades of blue and offers a view of the sea and the mountains.<br><br>The apartment features plenty of built-in storage and closets: in the entryway, the hallway, and the bedrooms.<br>A mattress on the floor can be added for a seventh person if needed.<br><br>To keep the apartment cool, we’ve opted for a more eco-friendly solution than an air conditioner, with fans in the living room and both bedrooms, as well as a ceiling fan in the kitchen.
