For travellers coming by plane: if you need a set of sheets and towels, plan a flat rate of €20 per person for your stay.

At the heart of the Chamonix Mont-Blanc Valley, our accommodation welcomes you in the hamlet of Praz-les-Tines, starting many hikes, for enthusiasts and lovers of the mountains and its capital!
Located on the 2nd floor of an old hotel (the Sea of Ice), Studio (num 18) of 26 m2 with south facing balcony and breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi.

descriptive
Interior entirely done again for nine with 5 beds fixed (3 bunk beds of 80 + a big bed in mezzanine of 160). New convertible sofa bed 160cm.
Sheets and towels are not provided, not being on site, we can not provide this service. If necessary, contact us for this service to add.
You will find, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hob (2 fires), refrigerator and numerous tidying up.
Opposite a large fixed bench (4 people) retro bistro style with a large table + 2 chairs and 2 stools.
Closets, storage and shelves in the studio entrance.
Heating water (effective) + new electric radiator.
Shower room and WC are separated.
Beds with mattresses. The linen of the beds is not provided (except on exceptional request with 20 € of additional cost according to number of beds to equip). Towels not provided.
Situation
The apartment is located 5 kms from Chamonix and 2 kms from the village of Praz, Argentiere road.
The Golf des Praz is 800 meters away.
Rendez-vous Hikers for departures walks in the Woods, towards the Sea of Ice, the Source of Arveyron, the Lavancher, the south and north balconies or to Chamonix ... Also, the 'Little Paradise' for Families (play area for children at the edge of the Arve 15 min walk), ...
At the crossroads of different ski areas: easy and quick access, free shuttles at the foot of the residence. Ski trails, off-piste, hiking, and snowboard, well known to enthusiasts and lovers of skiing ...
The Flégère-Brévent ski area is 2 kms away.
The Grands Montets ski area (Lognan) in Argentière is less than 5 kms away.
The area of Tour-Vallorcine is 7 kms.

You will also be very well placed for cross-country skiing and nordic: start at the foot of the residence in the woods direction Praz, Bois du Bouchet, Chamonix or Lavancher ...
Access
The residence is near the Gare des Tines. The train runs from Saint Gervais le Fayet via Chamonix, Praz, Tines, Argentiere, Vallorcine to Martigny in Switzerland (round trip) can go to Chamonix in 5min. (Pay train).
We have a bus stop at the bottom of the residence. The shuttles are free (thanks to the Ski pass package) and circulate regularly which is very convenient to go skiing on the 3 domains (Flégère, Lognan, the Tour) as to go to the village of Praz (grocery, bread) or Chamonix .

restrictions
Do not smoke in the apartment. For the respect of the mountain residents, no noise after 23h. No party.
No pets.
