Nice stay until day of checkout
Everyrhing with this stay was fine until the day we were to check out. We had no water at all. There was no communication letting us know what was going on. We assumed they turned the water off intentionally. I messaged Terri asking if they turned the water off and wasnt reaponded back to until after we had already checked-out. She said a neighbor hit a water line and there was no ETA on when it would be resolved. We woke up that morning expecting to be able to shower, use the toilet, brush our teeth and we were unable to do any of this. One of the members in our party actually used the toilet and couldnt flush it, which was completely embarrassing for him. I reach out to Terri to express how much of an inconvience this way and was not responded back to at all.
There is definitely a lack of communication and compassion from her. Considering the amount we paid to rent the place for the weekend, we certainly didnt think we should have to drive to the gas station just to wash our hands after using the restroom. I would appreciate some sort of financial reimbursement for this significant inconvience.
