Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Dark Trash barrel at top of driveway to put trash inside only. Dirty sheets and towels in utility room. Leave everything else as it was upon entry- thanks so much and have a Wonderful stay!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late checkout fee is $100/hour- Cleaning company rules. We have schedules to keep our property maintained.

Great lake house right on the water-we love staying here because it is close to other family homes! House is comfortable, clean, everything is available for your use even though we spend most of our time a few doors up...nice dock and deck!

Family Lake Trip

The location of the house was perfect for our 4 and 7 year-old grandkids. We were able to walk into the lake, or jump off the private dock. We also had access to the lily pad and paddle boat, which made it a lot more fun!

Perfect vacation spot in a quiet cove. The neighbors were friendly & helpful, the cove & doc was perfect for swimming & family fun. The house itself was 1st rate, well maintained and equipped. We had a wonderful stay at this property. So many things for adults and kids to do at the house. We rented a boat overnight and had a place to dock it. Having the aqua Lily pad for the kids to use at the dock was epic. We all had a blast and will keep this place in mind for the next time we travel to the Ozarks

Great space and location. Quiet cove for fishing, swimming kayaking etc. The house was clean. It had everything you need to cook if you don’t want to eat out. Lilly pad mat for floating. Great place to stay!

Amazing again!

Our second time at this lake house this summer did not disappoint. Kids loved the swimming and husband loves that he catches tons of fish right off the dock. House is perfect and clean. Definitely recommend.

Quiet cove with great private dock

We had so much fun swimming and hanging out off the private dock. We were able to have a boat and captain pick us up at the dock for a fun day on the lake and a bite to eat at Captain Ron’s. Also rented some jet ski’s at Pirates Point and enjoyed them all day without all the boat traffic. The house was perfect to relax and watch some movies after we wore ourselves out on the lake.

It was nice that the property manager was so accommodating to our situation. The property itself was as advertised. A big deal was the private boat launch and how close the dock is to the house. No steep inclines.

The home was nice and we enjoyed the paddle boats and fishing. Home was equipped with everything you need and was clean. We also rented trailer but didn’t stay in it due to other reasons. The host Ms. Rosemary was very friendly and tried to help us solve any issues we had. The family enjoyed the home.

Fishing trip

The boat slip and private ramp wired out great for me. 21 ft boat was manageable in the available space.(recommend 4x4 tow vehicle as it is steep and gravel above concrete ramp) We didn’t spend much time in the house, but is very nice and beside food and drink had everything we needed. No complaints!

Great time on the lake!

We had a mini family reunion with family who live on the lake full time. Our VRBO was a perfect location for a part of the crew. The bunk room sure helped. Never used the 2 kayaks but did use the dock and paddle boat and Lilly pad - all great. House easily sleeps 9 (w/ the bunk room sleeping 5 of the 9). Kitchen, dining room & living room all well stocked - it all just worked. Thanks!

This lake house hasn’t let us down. This is our 3rd or 4th visit i can’t remember for sure. Great set-up. House is comfy and well furnished and clean. Dock set up is great. Wonderful swimming and views and amazing fishing! We caught our limit several days. Highly recommended. Owners are great, good communication. Love everything about it.

Great Property/Great Vacation

This is a definite "go back" for us. Property is great, has everything you will need for your stay. Kitchen adequately stocked, beds were all very comfortable, lots of lake toys for you to use while you are there. Water is very close and the A/C keeps up and cools very nicely. That was a concern since some units don't always keep up, this was great. Showers stayed hot even with 7 of us needing to shower after all the sun and lake water. Communication with the owners was prompt and friendly. We are already planning for another trip next summer.

Great family retreat

We used the house to stay close to our family place and we needed extra room-easy to walk back and forth so only really used it to sleep and shower! But very comfortable! Only complaint was the outside trash cans were basically already full when we got there-that would have been a real game changer had we been living at the house the entire time-there would have been alot more trash-that is a problem!! But only negative i could say about the place!!

My family has vacationed since birth at Lake of the Ozarks, and the memories are wonderful!! It just has too many positives to enjoy!! This home is at a fabulous location away from the Busy rough side of the lake, yet with great amenities. Location is easy access via road or lake. Love access to on water, and off water, to stores and restaurant, Parks... Plus the Rare Private Boat ramp is Wonderful!! Restaurants on/ off water are just short ride away

Why they chose this property

Its a fabulous location on 39/40 mile marker of Osage Arm where you can boat to great places with about any size boat, have private ramp to launch your boat and park trailer. The home location is perfect water wise to enjoy deck views, lot of water space to float away on provided lily pad and enjoy kayaking & paddle boating around cove or into main channel. If want to rent a boat close place to access rentals too. Plus multipe eating options on/off water. Ha Ha Tonka spring is not to far also- fun to shoot thru cold water spring.

What makes this property unique

Easy access just off Blacktop, and inly 10 mins to stores, Has a Private Dock & Boat ramp to utilize at leisure. This home has a fabulous open feel with 2 private areas, and room to roam with over 175' lake frontage. Cowboy cauldron fireput area. Bedroom setup is wonderful for guest space, yet has a Large Large deck with zero entry access to main level. Ample parking off street. Two large table areas in and out to utilize on site. gas grill. Boat ramp to park for unloading on main level or launch your boat and enjoy surrounding restaurants and parks (HaHa Tonka and Lake of Ozarks state park, oodles of great restaurants - some with entertaining pool setups.).
