Carcans, a peaceful vacation in the heart of nature between forest, lake and ocean

Come and discover our charming fully renovated house in the center of the village of Carcans! A beautiful living room with open kitchen, spacious and comfortable bedrooms and corners for everyone to enjoy their tranquility ... The house sits on a pretty garden facing south, with a shaded terrace! We are in the center of the village, close to shops within walking distance! Among them, food shops, restaurants and a café theater! Lake MAUBUISSON is 5 minutes by car and a little more by bike! It will take a few more kilometers to find the ocean! The beautiful city of Bordeaux is an hour's drive away.

The house includes: 1 living room / kitchen, 1 TV corner (canal + and wifi connection), 1 dining room, 1 bedroom with king size bed and adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower), 1 bedroom with queen bed size, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub. Sheets, pillows and towels are provided. In the garden, garden table and chairs, plancha, deckchairs, hammock, hut and swings for children. At the bottom of the garden, a chicken coop with 4 hens to feed that will give you good fresh eggs !! You can park two cars in a private driveway with electric gate.

Charakrervolle Unterkunft an zentraler Lage

Sehr nette Hauseigentümerin, gute Ausstattung. Zwei Zimmer haben Fenster zur Straße hin, wir mussten sie beim Zubettgehen schließen, sonst war es zu laut. War aber kein Problem für uns. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr originell eingerichtet. Die Hühner waren ein Riesenspass für die Kids, die sie stundenlang beobachteten, und alle freuten sich stets über ein frisches Ei zum Frühstück! Tolle Strände am See und Ocean in 10 bzw 15 Min Fahrzeit machen die Lage des Hauses ideal. Sehr empfehlenswert!
