A great stay!

The 2 bedroom condo was the perfect size for our needs. Spacious and clean! We had issues with our key cards not always working, but security was quick to help both times and ultimately replaced the batteries in the door lock which fixed the problem.

Star Island Resort Kissessmmee is the best

Star Island Resort is the best of the best. It has everything you expect from a 5 star resort. However, checking in was a disaster. I did check with Vrbo before leaving for our trip and was told our reservation was exact. When we arrived at Star Island the reservation was for half of our stay. Thanks to the resort they were able to work with Vrbo and correct our reservation.

Great location and amenities

I would go back again. Although this is a VRBO it really is more like staying at a hotel. The activities are great. The employees are friendly. The room was very clean. The check in process was confusing because the owner provided me with two different names to use for check in.
