Seeing Our Granddaughter after 3 years in England!

Perfect

The customer service at check in was wonderful. We had a great 2 bedroom, and 2 full bath condo. There are activities of all kinds for families. This rental is a great value!

Clean and convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing missing was Keurig coffee maker. The unit we stayed in was on the third floor but was easy to navigate with a light load. The property was well kept and felt safe with lots of personnell around the grounds and everything was very clean. Room had a balcony and windows that opened up to let fresh air in. We would definitely stay again.

Good value

These property is very comfortable, has very good amenities and impeccable great service. The two recommendations I have are to have the unit deep clean (floors, carpet and showers). Also, limit the check-in to the resort itself. The booth stop to be offered tickets is unnecessary, uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Nice place!

The property was a little older than I expected but I was pleasantly surprised at the space and the overall cleanliness of the property. There were plenty of activities for my grandchildren and the property was conveniently located to attractions, restaurants and shopping. I would stay there again.

Excellent location and Recommended

We arrived late at night to our accommodation and I have to admit our 1st impression wasnt great but the apt was clean, staff friendly and we practically had one of the pools to ourselves which was great Location was excellent with only a 15 min drive to Disney and 10 mins to Seaworld. We had to pay for internet but got reimbursed by Jake. We hadn't realised that there was no cafe/bar at the place but there were lots of restaurants in international drive which was only around the corner. Overall highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

Westlake Leisure Resort

Very clean resort. Lots of activities to be had. We were there for Universal so we did not participate in any. The staff is very friendly and bends over backwards to make sure your stay is good. The unit while very clean was dated and worn. My only complaint would be I felt we were misguided as to where we were booking. The original place was another Westlake Resort. I was told the unit I wanted to book was no longer available but another one was. Not knowing it was at a different much older resort we booked it. Outside of this we enjoyed our stay.

Westgate Leisure Resort

Resort room and amenities are as described. Front desk personnel are friendly and helpful. Price is very reasonable for a 2bed/2bath condo. However, I would not book through this again. Before you can check-in, they make you travel to a "ticket stand" to pick up your reservation, which is very far out of the way. It cost us about $10 more with Uber to do that. Once we arrived at the resort, we found that this was not necessary and likely a ploy to get you to purchase tickets to parks.
