It is a modern and bright residence, recently built, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, close to the sea and commercial activities, ideal for combining the needs of a relaxing stay with those of a holiday to discover the entertainment that the Riviera Romagnola offers.
On the ground floor a large living area, complete with fireplace, 32 "TV and a large dining table; the adjacent kitchen is modern and equipped, complete with all commonly used appliances.
The Villa has three bedrooms: RED, PURPLE, ORANGE; each has a bathroom for exclusive use and a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Outside the Villa, a large porch with a dining table and a barbecue.

Ein schöner Urlaub

Ein "Rund-um" entspannter Urlaub in der Villa Brown

Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend und in einem TOP Zustand. Die Räume sind allesamt schön eingerichtet und es war nichts defekt. Besonders groß gestaltet sich die Terrasse, die von in der früh bis spät abends mit Sonne geflutet wird. Auch der Vorgarten ist riesig und gepflegt. Das "Ein bzw. Aus-Checken" hat problemlos geklappt. Der Vermieter war per WhatsApp gut erreichbar und das Interesse war groß, dass auch alles im Haus soweit passt. Zusammenfassend ein toller Aufenthalt in der Villa Brown, die Angaben und Bilder entsprechen im vollen Umfang der Onlinebeschreibung. Wir kommen wieder!

Italien vor dem großen Touristenansturm

Wir sind eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit dem Urlaub. 5 Erwachsene in 3 Zimmern, jeweils mit eigenem WC/Duschbad sind schon sehr angenehm. In allen Zimmern genügend Platz, großen Doppelbetten. Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank. Alle Zimmer haben ein Air-condition die aber nicht in Betrieb war. Leider war auch die Heizung bereits abgestellt und bei 14°Grad Außentemperatur ist es Abends doch sehr ungemütlich. Im Wohnzimmer oder besser im Esszimmer steht ein riesiger Tisch für 10 -12 Personen und 8 Stühe aus Kunststoff und leider ohne Polster oder Auflagen sowie eine Steinbank mit dünnen Polstermatten. Zum Essen oder für Spiele o.k. aber speziell für einen gemütlichen Abend fehlen bequeme Sitzmöbel. Leider waren diese auch auf der Terasse nur eingeschränkt zu finden. Zwar steht dort ein Metalltisch und 6 Metallstühle, wieder ohne Auflagen aber auch diese sind unbequem und für die Jaheszeit ungeeignet. Eine kleine Kunststoff-Sitzgruppe für 4 Personen macht es leider auch nicht besser. Im großen und von allen Seiten einsehbaren Garten stehen 2 ! ungepolsterte Sonnenliegen (für 6 Personen?) aus Metall. Im ersten Moment sieht ja alles ganz gut und nett aus aber es fehlt einfach etwas für die Gemütlichkeit. In der sehr kleinen engen Küchennische ist alles vorhanden für 2 Personen reicht der Platz gerade noch so. Besteck, Teller, Töpfe ausreichend vorhanden, eine 2. Pfanne wäre schön. Die 2 beschichteten Töpfe sind leider schon drüber. Bettwäsche und Handtücher frisch

Schönes Haus nah am Meer

Im Prinzip war unsere Aufenthalt schön. Das Hazs war toll, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber waren sejr freundlich und habdn direkt auf alle Frahen reagiert. Innerhslb von 12 Tagen hatten wir 1x Betwäschewechsel, was wir gut fanden. Die Schlafräume sind mit Klima ausgestattet, wobei in einem Schlafzimmer wollte sie nicht so kühlen und kmima ist auf 23 Grad eingestellt, was vielleicht bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur für 5 min ausreicht. Aber besser als gar nichts. Im gemeinsamen Raum untdn ist leider keine Klima, da hat uns eine gefehlt. Die Küche ist klein aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und ein toller Steingrill draußen. Eine Sofa hat uns gefehlt. Im Großen und ganzen waren das Haus und die Gastgäber waren top. Es gibt ein paar Klronugkeiten , die ich so anderes hätte: einen stabilleren und mittlerweile neuen Wäscheständer vielleicht und ein neuer Bügeleisen würde auch nicht schaden, eine Waschmaschine ist zwar da und wäscht, hat aber zum Schluss den Geist aufgegeben, wurde aber umgehend repariert:) Was uns am meisten gestört hat, waren Mücken und wie ich jetzt vermute auch noch Grasmilben, denn so zerstochen wie in dieser Aufenthalt waren wir noch nie. Die Gastgäber haben 2x was dagegen unternohmen

Vorremmo fare una piccola precisazione riguardo al prato che, in quel periodo di super caldo, per mantenerlo verde, è stato annaffiato frequentemente, portando così refrigerio anche a piccoli ed innocui insetti, comuni di ogni prato del mondo. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war mehr als perfekt. Alles war sehr sauber und es war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Gastgeberin mit Ihrem Mann und Ihren Töchtern sind sehr herzlich und helfen bei Fragen schnell weiter. Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig. Man kommt problemlos fußläufig zum Strand und die Innenstadt mit Geschäften und Märkten ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in der Gegend wieder diese Unterkunft buchen können.

Toller Urlaub in der Villa Brown

Unser Urlaub in der Villa Brown war sehr schön. Das Haus ist wunderbar geschmacklich eingerichtet und hat einen tollen großen Garten Wir waren mit 6 Personen vor Ort. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet und jedes hat sein eigenes schönes Bad . Der große Essbereich und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sind Top. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und alles verlief reibungslos. Der Strand war Fußläufig erreichbar, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub - wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!

Urlaub Italien

Wir waren durchaus zufrieden mit dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Azzurra (Tochter von rosana) war hervorragend. Leider gab es ein technischen Defekt mit einer Tür worum sich aber umgehend gekümmert wurde. Sehr gut gemacht. Das Haus war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet hatte genug Platz und alles hat funktioniert. Das einzigsten was etwas ausbaufähig wäre ist die Küche, könnte ein paar m2 größer sein. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit, vielen Dank dafür. Sollte es uns mal wieder in die Nähe ziehen werden wir wieder kommen.

Gute Kommunikation schon während der Anfahrt, sehr nette Begrüßung, alles super sauber und zweckmäßig,tolle Zimmer und schöner Garten, sehr ruhige Wohngegend, nicht weit zum Strand und zu den Geschäften, schöner Strandplatz(2.Reihe). Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Haus in bester Lage

Azzurra and her mother Rosanna helped us to have a pleasant stay. They were really nice and flexible. The house and the garden were beautiful. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but the beach and a huge supermarket, a pizza bistro and Cafés are also easy to reach. We had a great stay!

Sehr behaglich

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit gutem Ambiente. Überaus freundliche Vermieterin. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr grosser Garten mit viel Platz. Leider kein Pool. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Dort an der Parallelstrasse viele Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte, alles was es braucht. Der Strand/Meer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es kein offenes Meer hat sondern durch die Wellenbrecher stark begrenzt. Das Wasser ist bis zu den Wellenbrechern immer höchstens bis ca. 1.40 Meter. Zwar ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern aber das merkt man auch an der Wasserqualität.

Gentile Astrid, siamo contenti che la casa vi sia piaciuta. Che dire: il mare in questo tratto della Riviera Romagnola è fatto così, con scogli che limitano l’orizzonte e acqua poco profonda. Per fortuna ci sono altri aspetti che possono rendere gradevole la vacanza qui a Bellaria Igea Marina e siamo felici li abbiate colti. Perfekter Urlaub mit unseren Kindern

The holiday home is perfectly situated in a quiet side street. The way to the beach is very short and easy to reach. A small passage with very good ice supply is quickly available in the village. The house is perfect for small children, as a huge fenced garden surrounds the holiday house. In the house there is nothing missing, everything is available and well equipped. We liked it a lot and a heartfelt thanks to Azzurra and Rosanna for your hospitality. We will be back definitely...
