Requested pool view or lake view, we got pool pump and weeds view. And noise from water park…

We were there to relax, not be next to water park! Honestly, we’ve stayed in nicer hotels, than this resort. Not overly impressed…

Okayest resort

The room itself was clean and well stocked, the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner but it was sufficient, the resort was a bit sketchy from not having free WiFi to the water park being closed for no real reason, also expect to pay resort prices for everything if you want to purchase on the property. Our experience was not at all bad, we got what we paid for. It was simply ok.

Really nice...Could have been better!!

The room was nice. There were a few things that could have made the stay better. The two ceiling fans in the room made clicking noises when operated at max level. Also, it took several attempts to enter the room using the electronic key card...every time. Finally, we had to wash out the jacuzzi tub before using it because it was dirty.
