Birds eye view is a cozy cottage nestled among the trees while still being a waterfront home, it sits 20 feet above sea level allowing you to have a picturesque view of the albemarle sound and the mouth of the northern river. It is less than 10 minutes away from the newly built h20bx water park, 15 minutes away from the town of duck and just a few minutes away from cotton gin hang gliding! This is the perfect place having activities fit for kids and adults!
