Central dans l'Ile, joliment décoré mais trop cher pour la prestation.

Points forts : l'île de Groix bien sûr, la position centrale dans l'île de la maison, la distribution de la maison - très agréable au quotidien, la luminosité de la pièce à vivre, l'emplacement de la cuisine par rapport à la maison, la décoration très soignée (affiches, estampes, tableaux). Points faibles : l'accueil et le départ (militaire, aucun contact humain, une clé dans une boîte tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ avec une injonction de quitter les lieux à 10 heures néanmoins), la propreté (tiroirs, état des balais, mais aussi les coins, les dessous de lits, etc...), les équipements cassés (transats par exemple), confort de certains lits (RDC gauche notamment), confort du canapé, l'état des matériels domestiques (balais rempli de cheveux des précédents occupants, balayette HS, j'ai dû en racheter une, aspirateur inutilisable car brosse usagée hors carrelage, lave-vaisselle ayant une défaillance, état de la table extérieur, du parasol), le bruit dans la rue le matin notamment (voitures et camions qui descendent au port, la seule de l'île le permettant) et le soir (avec les personnes saoulent qui remontent de boîte en criant, chantant, etc...). Le clou de tout cela est de se faire engueuler par les personnes chargées du ménage car nous sommes soit-disant trop exigeants ! Malgré tout cela : très bon séjour grâce notamment à une belle météo et aux points forts soulevés mais clairement trop cher pour ce niveau de prestation à notre sens.

Une maison où il fait bon vivre

La maison de Régis est idéalement située, à proximité de l'Intermarché, des bars et restaurants du port. Elle est spacieuse et très lumineuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Régis est disponible et la communication a été très simple. Une location à conseiller pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.
