In the residence "La Caravelle" located ideally facing the Bay of Somme, the "feet in the water" and close to the heart of Crotoy, apartment of 50 sqm totally renovated with quality services.

This apartment is composed of a room with a bed for 2 people (in peace with window on courtyard) of a cabin with 2 beds of 80, a room of shower with toilets, a very big living room (21m ²) with integrated kitchen (dishwasher, ovens, induction hob) and a balcony facing south.

Fabulous view from a fabulous apartment

David made the booking process very easy even though I had to change the dates of our stay and we were met on time by the very pleasant and helpful key holder. The apartment was exceptionally clean and exceptionally well appointed, so very comfortable for a week's stay. With the beach literally on the doorstep and the town's shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away, we had a very easygoing holiday. Merci David c'était un très bon séjour.

Séjour parfait !

Séjour parfait dans ce bel appartement décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et propre (2 adultes, 2 enfants de 15 et 12 ans). La vue sur la baie est simplement magnifique. Le logement est idéalement situé (quelques minutes à pieds du chaleureux petit centre ville ). Aucun problème pour nous garer en basse saison (fin octobre début novembre). Nous avons pu découvrir/ re-découvrir cette magnifique région, avec ses lumières dignes de tableaux de peintres, de paysages toujours changeants au rythme des marées. Le propriétaire est soucieux du bien-être des ses hôtes (même à distance). Je recommande cette location sans hésitation.

tres agreable location

Tout s'est extrêmement bien passé dans cette location très agréablement aménagée et extremement bien située - seul bémol la personne qui remet la clef ne souhaite qu'une chose gagner 50 euros et pour ce elle devient agressive quand on ne souhaite pas qu'elle fasse le ménage . Ne vous laissez pas impressionner par cette dame

Une vue splendide sur la baie

L'appartement spacieux est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, les couleurs douces sont en harmonie avec celles de la baie. Il est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. David, le propriétaire est très réactif et attentionné. Proche des commerces et du centre où l'on peut se rendre à pied, l'appartement est malgré tout très calme. Quel bonheur de se réveiller le matin avec cette vue époustouflante sur la baie !

Our second stay at this lovely apartment, two weeks this time. As comfortable as the last visit, but quieter as it is out of season and the nearby beach less busy. Even more stunning views over the estuary than in summertime - if that is possible!

Dès l'arrivée la vue vous saisit, se dire pendant une semaine, la Baie sera mon quotidien, c'est magique. Et ce le fut! Le calme, les levers et couchers du soleil les arcs en ciel, les oiseaux le rythme des marées, la nature à l'état pur.Le logement est très confortable et bien agencé, très propre. Aucun bruit de voiture.L'emplacement dans le village est idéal pour un accès direct aux promenades en bord de plage ou pour le départ pour d'autres sites. Les petits commerces et resto sur place sont très bien, pain, gâteau battu, chocolats et guimauves et des boutiques de vêtements sympa. Nous avons réservé le parking tout proche côté des Tourelles, impeccable.Je repars en pleine forme, déstressée. A refaire dès que possible même si à 900 km de chez moi 🧡

De superbes vacances en Baie de Sommes dans ce très bel appartement situé dans une résidence les pieds dans l eau dans la belle petite ville du Crotoy. Appartement très propre décoré avec goût, tout le confort comme à la maison. A notre arrivée accueil chaleureux. La région est très jolie et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Contact avec les propriétaires tres faciles. Une location à vraiment recommander.

Vue magique sur la baie ... ses lumières changeantes ...ses couchers de soleil !!!

Appartement bien agencé, décoré avec goût .... agréable.... où il fait bon se poser en fin de journée après la découverte de la baie et de ses environs. Petit plus son balcon !!! Sa situation en bord de plage à 2 pas et le charmant centre ville du Crotoy a 5 mn à pieds en font un endroit à privilégier. Propriétaire à l'écoute !!!
