Holiday house recently renovated and composed of a few apartments, with fenced garden, reserved and covered car parking.
Just some meters away you can reach Piazza San Giorgio with its shopping and entertainment area. At about 200 meters away you can reach the beach where you can spend pleasant relaxing days with your family and friends.
At about 200 meters there is our huge private playground, surrounded by pine trees and completely fenced, where every child can spend fantastic moments of play in total safety for the parents.
To explore Po Delta and its beauties, you will find quality bikes for a payment or, for short routes, we provide free courtesy bikes for adults and children
Apartment on the ground floor composed of living room with kitchen and sofa, large terrace with pergola, bathroom with shower box, double bedroom with space for baby cot 0-2 years, bedroom with two single beds or one double bed.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (you pay only kw consumed), free wi-fi internet, washing machine, safe, microwave, mosquito nets, ceiling fan in the double bedroom.

bella vacanza in comodità
Abbiamo trascorso 3 belle settimane a Rosolina a Sett.2015 (fam. italo-ted.con 2 bimbi di 3 e 1 anni). Rosolina è un comodo e verde punto di partenza per numerose escursioni nell'arte e nella natura (Caleri, Chioggia, Ve, Pd, Pomposa, Colli Euganei, Adria, Parco del Po..). Villa Helen è vicina a P.za S.Giorgio, a 2 min a piedi ci sono bar e ristoranti, nonché un negozio di alimentari a 3 metri dallo stabile. Comodissimo, come il mercato settimanale che si tiene proprio davanti la Villa. Spesa e prodotti regionali davvero a km zero!
L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell'inserzione, era molto pulito e ben tenuto. Ha davvero molte comodità (di molte non abbiamo usufruito) ma le zanzariere e la lavatrice con 2 bimbi piccoli sono state una salvezza! I proprietari sono gentilissimi, persone gradevoli, sorridenti e sempre ben disponibili per le esigenze degli ospiti.
Grandioso il servizio gratuito di prestito delle bici.
Ovunque siamo andati, sia a Rosolina che nei dintorni, abbiamo trovato sempre persone molto cortesi nei nostri confronti.
Se dovessimo tornare non esiteremmo a contattare la fam. Bergo che ringraziamo e alla quale inviamo

A pleasant holiday
We were glad to contact Enrico and his family. All our requests were fullfilled at once. Thank you! Rosolina Mare is a very "green" place with many parks. Besides it's a convenient starting point to explore the northern-eastern Italy. We visited Venezia, Padova, Ravenna, Ferrara and on our way back also Vicenca, Verona and Lago di Garda.

Agréable séjour
Deux semaines agréables, appartement au calme dans une maison de 6 appartements sur petit terrain clos, une petite terrasse. Climatisation disponible, on paie juste sa propre consommation, appréciable. La plage est à 250m à pieds environs par de petits chemins, prêt gratuit de velo. Le seul bémol c'est le manque d'isolation phonique entre les appartements, nous entendions beaucoup marcher et traîner les chaises au dessus. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas d'y retourner un jour.
