Modern 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house set on a gated plot of 10,000m2 and ideally situated in a very quiet area yet close to the beaches and restaurants of Cala Jondal and Es Xarcu.
The main bedroom has a dressing room and a large bathroom en suite. The second room has a bathroom en suite and the remaining two rooms share a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dining capacity and that leads on to a large spacious sunny living room that leads out to the terraced porches lounge and pool area. There is also an equipped outside kitchen and two dinning areas and a guest WC.
The house has Air Conditioning Wi-Fi, Internet SAT TV, Alarms and a Safety box.
The pool is surround by a teak deck and measures 4.5m x 10m.
There is secure parking for 5 cars.
