Charming house in Provence
Ten minutes from shops, discover this superb little renovated farmhouse of 110 m2. In addition, its enclosed garden with trees will ensure you beautiful summer evenings under the Provencal sky.
The entrance hall serves (on the right) a very large fully fitted kitchen with a superb cooking piano which will allow you to prepare delicious meals. To the left is a fully vaulted living / dining room.
Upstairs: three bedrooms and a fully fitted dressing room, a bathroom and an independent WC.
The house also has a large garage.
10 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, on the wine route: this house in a privileged location will ensure you a great holiday.
All box springs and mattresses will be changed on June 12, and one of the three bedrooms will receive a bunk bed (lower part: double bed and one person above).
Rental for a minimum week: the prices are decreasing if you stay more than a week.
