Gute Wohnung in günstiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand, in sehr günstiger Lage direkt am Meer. Ausstattung ist ok. Bäckerei, Kaffee und gute Creperie befindet sich in direkter Umgebung. Abends ist viel los auf der Promenade, der Lärm kommt im 3. Stockwerk aber nicht an. Einziges Manko: Zusätzliches Schlafzimmer ist nur über Schlafzimmer erreichbar, Bett dort nicht besonders gut.
