Large studio of 33m2 renovated in 2019 on the 2nd floor of a luxury building with elevator. Private parking space.
Do everything on foot: the market, shops, beach 250 meters, thalassotherapy, casino, cinema, restaurants, ...
The studio consists of an entrance with cupboard, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, washing machine.
Room to live spacious and bright. Neat decoration. Equipped kitchen, induction hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher.
Large screen TV wall mounted.
Possibility of supply of bed linen: 10 €, towels (1 large and 1 small towel): 5 € per person.
Electricity according to real consumption: 0,18 € / Kwh.
Deposit requested on arrival, returned the day of departure after inventory.

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire qui est à l’écoute et très sympa L’appartement est super, très bien équipé, les distances à la plage et autres sont conformes à la description, nous avons passé quinze jours superbes le soleil était là. Nous reviendrons.

Tres bel appartement et très confortable. Par contre j'aurai une autre définition de"les pieds dans l'eau" Il faut un petit peu marcher ( 5mn)pour arriver à la plage. Et vue sur un camping. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement très lumineux et bien équipé. Situé à 2mn à pieds de la plage dans un environnement au calme. Merveilleux séjour

Mme Le Goff est une propriétaire très accueillante. Un paquet de galettes bretonnes de Pont Aven m'attendait à l'arrivée. L'appartement est très propre et décoré avec style. On a l’impression qu’il est neuf. Déjà deux fois que je le loue. Il ne manque rien en petits ménagers. Il est situé à quelques pas de la mer. Je le recommande vivement. J'y retournerais avec plaisir...

Appartement très bien situé dans Bénodet, au calme dans Résidence sécurisée et avec emplacement de parking attribué. Appartement tout confort et avec décoration fait avec goût et lumineux. Douche à l'italienne et WC séparé. Propriétaire très sympathique et donnant les visites à faire en Finistère sud. Je recommande cette location.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Gepflegte, modern und freundlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einer gut brauchbar eingerichteten Küche. Schlafcouch voll zufriedenstellend. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und fair und hat uns noch Tipps für den Ausflug gegeben. Einzig etwas Lärm vom gegenüberliebenden Campingplatz,jedoch Fenster schalldicht. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
