Villa on a plot of 600 m2, facing south with a beautiful view of the coast of the floor, and a partial view of the sea from the living room.
At 30 meters from a creek with sandy beach accessible to strollers by an inclined plane.

5 minutes from the center of Pouliguen and 10 minutes from La Baule.

On the ground floor, beautiful living room opening onto the front garden, with direct access to the kitchen overlooking the back garden with terrace, bedroom, shower room, separate toilet, large game room office overlooking the garden.
On the floor, 4 rooms of which one communicating, an independent TOILET, 2 small bathrooms of which one with TOILET.
At the same time nature with the proximity of the shops of Pouliguen accessible by bike, and all the cultural and sports offer of La Baule.

Des vacances au top

Maison très bien située, toute proche de la mer et des pistes cyclables. Le marché du pouliguen est à 10/15 mn en vélo. La maison est très bien équipée pour une famille, et les gérant très sympathiques. Je recommande!

Superbe séjour de 10 jours … la maison est très agréable et très familiale, à 50 m de la plage avec une vue magnifique … vélo, plage, dégustation fruits de mer … du calme… c’était bien….cette découverte de l’océan ….et du soleil …. Un très bon séjour qui donne envie de revenir

Ferienhaus mit Charme in toller Lage mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Das Haus ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist komplett. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Ferienhaus und in Le Pouliguen und Umgebung sehr genossen.

Idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs familles.

Excellente situation en bord de crique, un beau jardin clos et une terrasse au soleil. Promenades à pied ou à vélo très faciles. La maison est vaste (grande salle de séjour) et parfaitement conçue pour 3 couples, car sanitaires indépendants pour chacun; dans notre cas, 2 grands parents, 2 couples et 2 petits enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons sans hésiter.

Maison de famille sur la cote sauvage

Une quinzaine de rêve avec un couple de amis, avec de nos grands enfants, le long de la cote sauvage sur la pointe de Penchateau. Vue mer, Club de voile à 3 minutes, crique confidentielle au pied de la maison, le tout à 10 min en vélo du centre du Pouliguen. Charme, authenticité, calme et bien être ont rythmé notre séjour au sein de cette maison de famille rénovée récemment avec goût. Propriétaires aidants et accueillants. A recommander sans modération.

Magnifique séjour !

Maison idéale pour passer du temps en famille ou avec un couple d'amis. Propriétaires très sympa et à l'écoute qui savent accueillir dans leur maison, idéalement située en bord de mer et à 10 min en vélo du centre du Pouliguen. Deux semaines à refaire les yeux fermés !

Jolie maison sur une très jolie côte

La proximité de la mer est son grand atout. C'est une très bonne maison en famille. Tout y est. Les repas dans le jardin sont très agréables. Nous avons adoré circuler partout en vélo. Merci aux hotes très accueillants.
