A cozy cottage near the lake Örsjön with a large terrace with roof, outdoor furniture and briquette/charcoal grill.
The cottage is equipped with free Wi-Fi, TV, satellite dish (Astra), glass hob, convection oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, wc and shower.
Intended for up to 4 people.
A private rowing boat is included in the rent.
We offer rental of both electric and petrol boat engines.
(Not allowed to bring your own boat engine)
It`s also possible to rent a wood-fired sauna and hot tub.
Both the sauna and the hot tub are right by the lake's edge and you have a wonderful view of Örsjön.
Pets are not allowed.

Fantastisk og smukt!

Mig og min sþn tog en tur til Sverige for at fiske, vi endte med at booke en hytte hos Benny. Han var meget venlig og nem at snakke med, alt var som vi aftale. Hytten er super hyggelig. Og det er et godt sted for fiskning vis du gerne vil fange en gedde vi fangede et par stykker. Fed oplevelse!😊

Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder

Das Haus und die Umgebung ist Traumhaft, der Vermieter ist super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der See lĂ€dt ein fĂŒr ausgiebige Touren mit dem Boot man kann hier von Insel zu Insel fahren und man findet an jeder Insel eine passende Anlegestelle. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder zu Benny.

FĂŒr den Preis absolut ok!

Die HĂŒtte ist mit allen notwendigen Basics versehen, der See wunderschön und fischreich. Das zur HĂŒtte gehörige Boot ist recht klein und (wenn man eine Menge Angelzeug, E-Motor usw. dabei hat) etwas umstĂ€ndlich verankert/ zu be- und entladen. Ein Steg wĂ€re hier sicher ein Improvement. Der See hat viel Struktur, aber auch einige Untiefen, die nicht markiert sind. FĂŒr den verhĂ€ltnismĂ€ĂŸig niedrigen Preis ist auch die Lage voll ok, ein bisschen mehr Seeblick (hier und da ein BĂ€umchen kĂŒrzen) wĂ€re aber ein tolles Upgrade .

Tolles Schwedenerlebnis

Das Haus ist gut durchdacht ausgestattet; auch in der KĂŒche findet sich alles, was man braucht. Das Domizil ist idyllisch im Wald gelegen. Der ca. 200 m entfernte See mit hauseigenem Boot bietet wunderbare Angelmöglichkeiten. Es beißen wirklich große Fische an. Zum Haus gehört ein Grill, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Der sehr bemĂŒhte Inhaber hat fĂŒr uns sogar noch herausgefunden, wo man ein authentisches Midsommar-Erlebnis haben kann. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen.

Tolle Tage in einem schönen Haus

Wir durften eine Woche in dem Haus verbringen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Benny verlief von Anfang an reibungslos, angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist perfekt um ein paar Tage auszuspannen und gleichzeitig gibt es in der Umgebung genug Möglichkeiten fĂŒr AktivitĂ€ten. Der See ist einfach fantastisch!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wunderschönes HĂ€uschen,ruhig gelegen mit einer traumhaften Umgebung.Wenn nicht die Entfernung so groß wĂ€re (1200 km) wĂŒrden hier öfters einfach mal zum Abschalten Urlaub machen. Sehr netter Vermieter-empfehlenswert!

Idyllische Lage mitten im Wald an einem kleinen See

Wir waren schon hĂ€ufiger in Schweden und hier in Kalvshult hat es uns besonders gut gefallen. Es ist wunderbar ruhig. Man hört im Grunde nur NaturgerĂ€usche, es war wirklich sehr erholsam. Das Haus hat alles, was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht. Benny hatte es schon geheizt. Es war kuschelig warm, als wir in der Woche vor Ostern ankamen. Benny, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und offen und wir sind gerne GĂ€ste in seinem Haus gewesen. Gern kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

WunderbarerKurzurlaub

Wir hatten tolle vier Tage hier. Das Haus ist grĂ”sser als auf den Bildern und liegt idyllisch inmitten von Wald und See. Perfekt fĂŒr Wanderungen und AusflĂŒge. Die Zeit war viel zu kurz. Wir freuen uns aufs nĂ€chste Mal.

Den ruhigen Urlaub sehr genossen.

Aufenthalt vom 16.06.-30.06.18, hĂŒbsches HĂ€uschen, schön ruhig gelegen, mitten im Wald, fĂŒr 2 Personen richtig, fĂŒr 4 Personen etwas zu klein. Es fehlt ein Schrank, man muss aus den Koffern leben. Zum See ist es nicht weit, zum Haus gehört ein Ruderboot. Die KĂŒche ist komplett eingerichtet, da fehlt es an nichts. Das Bad ist gerĂ€umig, die Terrasse ist schön, da lĂ€sst es sich gut verweilen. Zum Einkaufen entweder 10 km nach Osby oder 20 km dann die nĂ€chst grĂ¶ĂŸere Stadt Älmhult. Alles sehr gemĂŒtliche StĂ€dtchen. Die EinkaufsmĂ€rkte lassen keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.
