Pretty villa of 150m², on a 900m2 fully fenced garden with trees.
Located on the heights of a hill, it offers a magnificent view of the Durance valley and the Pénitents des Mées.
Without direct vis-à-vis, quiet, it allows direct access to the hill and its many hiking possibilities (hiking or mountain biking: 22 routes over 500km cumulative)

The village of Peyruis is very well located, halfway between the cities of Manosque, Digne-les-Bains and Sisteron (30km) and their lakes.
Ideal for exploring the region by motorbike: the Verdon gorges, the lakes, the mountains, the Napoleon road.

In addition, the village offers many local services: shops, city stadium and a very pleasant outdoor swimming pool in summer.

The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen (+ pantry with washing machine and dryer), a large living room, a living room (with 2-seat sofa bed) and an independent bedroom (1 double bed)
The upper floor is made up of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each) and a large bathroom (Italian shower + bath).

The exterior offers a large 65m2 terrace, 35m2 of which is covered, a garage (available for storing bikes, motorbikes), and 4 parking spaces, 2 of which are secured by an automatic gate.

Prices include water and electricity.

A deposit of 1000 € refundable after inventory.
Possibility of providing bed linen.
