About this property

Beautiful views of Lake Michigan and access to shared association beach. With 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and open living area there is plenty of space for your friends and family. The first level features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sitting area that would be a great hangout spot for the kids in your group. There is also a 2 car garage with a Tesla charging station.
The second level is open concept kitchen, dining and living room with gas fireplace, screened in porch area perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset over the Lake. The kitchen has beautiful quartz counter tops and top of line appliances for all your cooking needs. Directly off the kitchen you will find the laundry room and a pantry.
The third level houses the large master bedroom and ensuite with soaker tub and walk in shower. Sliding glass door leads out to a private balcony. Two more bedrooms and full bath complete this level.
The tram will take you down to the revetment and from there you can take stairs down to the beach but because of high water levels and the everchanging shoreline I can not guarantee how much beach there will be. The public beaches will be open and are a short drive away.

Best Week!

We had a fantastic week staying at Family Tides. One of the best houses we've ever rented. Beautifully decorated with simple elegance and space for many to spread out. Enjoyed the many beaches in the area as well as the winery down the road. Would highly recommend this house for large families. The yard was nice for games and the sunsets at the end of the street were amazing!

Family gathering

This was an ideal vacation spot for my whole family from 12-81 years old. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and enough bathrooms for each family. The property was very clean and had ample supplies available for midweek cleanup. Location was perfect. Close to the tram and stairs to the beach area down the street and a short drive to several wonderful beaches in town. The seating area in the family room was tremendous, a place for everyone! Thank you for helping us make great memories!

Why they chose this property

We love South Haven and the downtown area but loved the quiet and calm environment of Lakeview Ave as well as the proximity to the lake. I think that the layout of our house is special in that it can accommodate a large family like ours or multiple families without feeling cramped.
