Rethaise house, near the beaches, in the heart of Ile de Ré

Close (ten minutes on foot or five minutes by bike) to the south beach and the center of the village of La Couarde, at the start of the cycle paths. Four bedroom house with land of 680 m2. Large living room of 50 m2 with large kitchen / bar facing south. A south-facing bedroom with shower and WC. 160 bed. Two east-facing bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds. A bathroom with bathtub overlooking the corridor is located between these two bedrooms. A fourth bedroom facing east with individual shower and two 90 cm beds. Two other separate toilets. Gardens to the South and to the North. Indoor patio of 30 m2. Possibility to park two cars. Direct access by bike to the vineyards and to the Ile cycle paths. Lets visit the island of Ré from side to side. Internet with Wifi. television.
Sheets, bathroom and household linen provided. Beds made on arrival.
Electricity payable by the tenant for the period November / April.

Maison très agreable, on se sent comme chez soi.

Cette maison est parfaite pour les sejours en famille. Le jardin est agreable, la maison est très lumineuse et spacieuse. Notre sejour s'est deroulé sous la pluie et on a passé de très bons moments. Cuisine 100% opérationnelle, jeux, livres, espace... tout est parfait. La maison est vraiment très très agréable.

Maison agréable, lumineuse , très bien équipée. Grand et joli jardin. Accès facile au village et aux plages à pieds ou à vélo mais il faut traverser la route départementale souvent chargée.

Maison idéalement placée pour visiter l'île. Tres bien équipée. Location de vélo proche ainsi que pistes cyclables. Pièce principale très agréable. Literies confortables. Seul petit bémol la proximité de la route passante assez bruyante surtout le matin au petit-déjeuner.

Oui,nous avons passé un agréable séjour .La maison de Madame Maillard est spacieuse et lumineuse.

Une maison où il est facile de vivre à plusieurs.Et très pratique par sa situation. Prés des pistes cyclables et du centre. Du pain frais le matin,fût bien agréable. Merci.

Maison extrêmement agréable et bien chauffée. Le village et la plage sont à proximité en vélo. Ars, Loix et Saint Martin sont très facilement accessibles en vélo, même avec des enfants.

Le confort et le calme de cette maison nous ont permis de décompresser un maximum et son agencement bien pensé la rend très agréable à vivre. La Couarde est idéalement située pour se déplacer dans toute l’Ile avec des accès aux pistes cyclables de tous côtés, et toujours un accès à l’océan pour les pauses (programmées ou non) de vraies vacances !

Superbe week end entre amis

Superbe maison lumineuse, moderne et très bien équipée. Nous étions 7 adultes et avons passé un week end formidable dans cette belle villa calme et vaste. Les grands espaces extérieurs ont aussi été bien appréciés par ce beau soleil. La Couarde est par ailleurs un village tres bien situé sur l'île, point de départ idéal pour de belles découvertes à vélo.
