Bel appartement bien situé

Beau séjour à Biscarrosse dans cet appartement bien situé (5-10 min en vélo du centre). Le quartier est calme. L'appartement est confortable. Il est traversant et le courant d'air a été fort agréable. Il est assez grand pour 4, il y a bien assez de rangement pour 4. Terrasse agréable également. Un bémol cependant: nous aurions apprécié un lave-vaisselle.

Logement bien situé, proche de la plage. Nous prenions les vélos pour nous rendre au centre ville ainsi qu'à la plage. Logement conforme à l'annonce, propre, bien équipé, literie confortable, environnement calme la semaine où nous avons loué (logements mitoyens n'étaient pas occupés). L'extérieur est sans vis à vis, barbecue, grande terrasse abritée... C'était très bien

Le parking assuré. Le calme. Intérieur cosy. Divan-lit confortable en version divan. Mettre des relax/chaises longues à disposition. Manque de pression d'eau à la cuisine. Remplacer le bouchon de l'évier de cuisine.

La propreté de la maison et de l'extérieur en arrivant. Que du bonheur !!! Une grande poubelle dans la cuisine serait appréciable et une petite dans la salle de bain. La climatisation serait la bienvenue surtout dans les chambres.

Appartement très agréable, 800 m de la plage du vivier, 1km 2 du centre , accessible à pied ou velos! Calme ! Spacieux pour 4 personnes avec son petit extérieur, appréciable. Nous reviendrons! Merci
