About this property

This beautiful gem in Breckenridge offers you a great escape all year round with prime location! In winter, the ski hills are just outside the door and Breckenridge Nordic Center just a few minutes walk away! In summer, fall and/or spring, you can just jump on your bike to access many of the mountain trails. Or – start your hiking adventures right outside your doorstep! In addition, the shuttle is just around the corner and offers free service. The location to the resort and town is phenomenal! I include a map/directions how to ski back to the condo as well! The WiFi is super fast making this a great spot for an extended stay! A queen bed in the main bedroom, a Twin over Full and Trundle in the guest room and pull out Memory Foam Sofa allow this condo to sleep 8 comfortably! StayLTD manages several units in the complex, so let us know if you have a larger group and we can get everyone set up comfortably. We love WFH guests as well!

Great ski in/ski out

We visited Breck for a short ski weekend, 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and it was the perfect set up for us. The bathrooms were a little dated, but the whole condo ws super clean and cozy, and the beds were really comfortable! Brett was very easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is within a short walk of the Lower 4 O'clock run, so super easy to hop on and ski down to the lift. I would definitely stay here again.
