Katama cottage

Our stay was lovely. The house in katama was close to town and an easy drive to the beach. We had a great time. We highly recommend this location to all.

Our daughter works and stays at Morning Glory Farm so it was very close. Great property - clean, lots of space (indoor and outdoor), and Point B Realty was very helpful.

We have visited Martha’s Vineyard many times over the years and this was our first visit time starting in Edgartown and using Point B Rental service and it amazing and we plan to use Point B Rental services on future vacations!Property was clean and well maintained.When we arrived at Point B Rental the agent on duty was friendly and very accommodating.He made the check in process seamless!

Great Location and Family Friendly Home

We loved our stay at Thai property! We were a short distance to beaches and town as well as katama market for coffee and grab and go lunches. This has a great backyard for hanging out with family and the house was clean and set up perfectly with all the essentials for our stay.

Great family stay in Katama!

Loved this well stocked and recently updated property! Plenty of games, beach gear and a fully stocked kitchen. Loved the screened in porch! The location was perfect for biking into Edgartown and for morning trips to the Katama General Store and Morning Glory Farm. We had a fabulous week!
