On the left the library lounge also with fireplace, on the right the kitchen (15m²) and laundry. All these rooms have French doors overlooking the paved terrace (160m²) with swimming pool (10x5) and the building that houses the summer shower and sauna.
UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1: bed 2 people with a bathroom with shower, bidet and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: small room with 1 bed 1 place

Land: fenced + hedge of trees, the rest of the land is grassed and mown regularly.
