Walk to Kam III and Keawakapu beaches. Wailea (5 minutes). Lahaina (45 minutes). The Kahului Airport -- OGG (25 minutes).

I'm sure you've stayed in places where you were let down when opening the door. Not here! Walk into Maui Kamaole L-104 and check out your spacious home on Maui. We do our best to provide affordable comfort for guests.
We chose Maui Kamaole for its peaceful beauty and amenities -- low-rise buildings and rare low density -- only 316 condos on 23 lavishly landscaped acres. Two heated swimming pools, the one near L-104 has a waterfall and sandy bottomed Jacuzzi. This location in the complex is quiet.
This condo is super clean and we hope that it will exceed all of your expectations.

The front desk at Maui Kamaole is currently staffed for general questions.
The property has private security on weekends and evenings.
INSIDE THE CONDO
L-104 features a home-size kitchen with Bamboo cabinetry, quality appliances, including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, full sized dishwasher and micro wave. There's great air flow through the entire condo. Sliders have night locks. It's up to you to choose a breeze, use the ceiling fans or switch on new whisper-quiet Fujitsu air conditioners in LR and BR.
HD Cable TV and a smart Blu-ray for streaming or DVD's. Fast wireless. Extra large washer/dryer. Beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella, cooler. Tropical upper swimming pool and your assigned parking space is just steps from your door.
ENJOY OUTDOOR PRIVACY
The spacious front lanai features a glass top table and four comfy chairs with ocean views plus a chaise lounge.. The back lanai has a chaise lounge and provides total privacy.

Prior to your arrival you'll be sent information and suggestions to make your stay "no ka oi" (Hawaiian for the best). Upon entering you will find House Rules and handy information about the condo, the complex and an invitation to contact us with any questions.

We're two gals who love traveling about as much as we love Maui.
We live in a 1921 historic apartment building on an urban canyon in San Diego when we're not living on Maui or on a cruise somewhere in the world. We fallen in love with our home on Maui and have been residents at Maui Kamaole for nearly four years.
A home in Tecate, Mexico mid-2023 will provide us with another opportunity. We plan on spending the first year in Tecate which allows us to open our Maui home for longer stays.

Why they chose this property
We purchased this condo in June 2018 after having owned another vacation rental at Shores of Maui since 2002.
We love south Maui and chose Maui Kamaole over the others. Its lush landscaping and two pools provide for a real upscale feeling.
