Price is right and very nice quarters.

They will tell you about the neighborhood and how you should manage your time and movement.

Very nice place, very helpful host. Check in was very easy. Very prompt reply to any question we asked. Kitchen dishes and pots were very good, like new! Only thing that we would suggest is either a second heater or a more powerful one. We were a bit cold. All in all, we would rent again..very good value for the money...and good location. We were able to walk to the Independence Square, no problem!

Lovely apartment with character

Location was excellent with easy walking distance to historic district. Very clean and great communication and responsive host. The negative was that we had a little trouble sleeping because of the noise, there was a light outside our bedroom that kept coming on all night from motion detectors and the king bed was two singles with a crack in the middle. Having said all of this, we had a great time and would recommend it for the price.
